Claims (9)
1
1. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling afen vindmøllevinge (19) omfattende en bjælke (1), fremgangsmåden omfattende trinnene: - at tilvejebringe mindst to hætter (2), hvor hver hætte (2) danner en mellemliggende del (4) mellem to endedele (5) og er konfigureret til fastgørelse til en vingeskal (20, 21) således at den mellemliggende del (4) af en af hætterne (2) vender mod en vingeskal eller danner del af en aerodynamisk aktiv overflade af vingen og den mellemliggende del (4) af den anden af hætterne (2) vender mod en anden vingeskal eller danner del af den aerodynamisk aktive overflade af vingen, hvor endedelene (5) hver danner en hætteforbindelses-overfladedel (6) langs en langsgående udstrækkende kant af endedelen (5) og den mellemliggende del (4) danner en ydre overfladedel (7) af bjælken, - at tilvejebringe mindst to baner (3), hvor hver bane (3) er forsynet med baneforbindelses-overfladedele (8) langs modstående og langsgående udstrækkende kanter, og - at forbinde forbindelses-overfladedelene (6) af hætterne med forbindelses-overfladedelene (8) af banerne for at danne en rørformet konfiguration af bjælken (1), hvor hætterne (2) er tilvejebragt således at endedelene (5) strækker sig tværgående til den mellemliggende del (4), og hvor hætterne (2) er anbragt i forhold til hinanden således at endedelene (5) af en hætte (2) strækker sig fra den mellemliggende del (4) mod endedelene (5) af en anden hætte (2).
2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor hætterne (2) er anbragt i forhold til hinanden således at en foruddefineret afstand dannes mellem de ydre overfladedele (7) af hætterne forud for trinnet at forbinde forbindelses-overfladedelene (6) af hætterne med forbindelses-overfladedelene (8) af banerne.
3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1 eller 2, hvor banerne (3) er tilvejebragt som i alt væsentligt flade paneler. 2 I·. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor ætterne (2) er tilvejebragt således at en vinkel mellem endedelene (5) og den nellemliggende del (4) kan variere under elastisk deformering af hætterne (2). i. Vindmøllevinge (19) omfattende en bjælke (1), hvor bjælken (1) har en ørformet struktur og samles fra mindst to hætter (2) og to baner (3), hvor ætterne (2) hver danner en mellemliggende del (4) mellem to endedele (5) og er onfigureret til fastgørelse til en vingeskal (20, 21) således at den mellemliggende el (4) af en af hætterne (2) vender mod en vingeskal eller danner del af en erodynamisk aktiv overflade af vingen og den mellemliggende del (4) af den nden af hætterne (2) vender mod en anden vingeskal eller danner del af den erodynamisk aktive overflade af vingen, hvor endedelene (5) hver danner en ætteforbindelses-overfladedel (6) langs en langsgående udstrækkende kant af ndedelen (5) og den mellemliggende del (4) danner en ydre overfladedel (7) af jælken, og banerne (3) hver har baneforbindelses-overfladedele (8) langs lodstående og langsgående udstrækkende kanter, hvor forbindelses-verfladedelene (6) af hætterne er forbundet til forbindelses-overfladedelene af anerne, hvor endedelene (5) strækker sig tværgående til den mellemliggende del 4), og hvor endedelene (5) af en hætte (2) strækker sig fra den mellemliggende el (4) mod endedelene (5) af en anden hætte (2). i. Vindmøllevinge (19) ifølge krav 7, hvor hætterne (2) er anbragt i forhold til inanden med en foruddefineret afstand dannet mellem de ydre overfladedele (7) f hætterne før forbindelses-overfladedelene (6) af hætterne er forbundet med Drbindelses-overfladedelene (8) af banerne. 3
9. Vindmøllevinge (19) ifølge krav 7 eller 8, hvor banerne (3) omfatter i alt væsentligt flade paneler.
10. Vindmøllevinge (19) ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 7-9, hvor en vinkel mellem endedelene (5) og den mellemliggende del (4) kan variere under elastisk deformering af hætterne (2).
11. Vindmøllevinge (19) ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 7-10, hvor de mellemliggende dele (4) og endedelene (5) omfatter forskellige materialer.
12. Vindmøllevinge (19) ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 7-11, hvor mindst en af banerne (3) omfatter en flerhed af baneelementer (10).
13. Vindmøllevinge (19) ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 7-12, yderligere omfattende en kortslutning (29) i hver af hætterne (2), hvor kortslutningerne forbinder hætterne (2) elektrisk for at muliggøre lynnedslagsbeskyttelse af vingen.
14. Vindmøllevinge (19) ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 7-13, yderligere omfattende et afstiverelement (25) fastgjort til mindst en af hætterne (2), hvor afstiverelementet er anbragt til at øge en stivhed af bjælken (1) i den langsgående retning.
