Claims (20)
1. Fremgangsmåde til cementering, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter, at man: fremstiller eller anbringer en cementsammensætning omfattende cement, vand og en ekspanderet og formalet perlit; og lader cementsammensætningen størkne.
2. Fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 1, hvor den ekspanderede og formalede perlit forefindes i cementsammensætningen i en mængde fra omkring 1 til omkring 100 vægtprocent af cementen.
3. Fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 1, hvor den ekspanderede og formalede perlit har en middelpartikelstørrelse fra omkring 2 til omkring 400 pm.
4. Fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 1, hvor den ekspanderede og formalede perlit omfatter partikler, og endvidere hvor den ekspanderede og formalede perlit har en partikelstørrelse, hvor omkring 30 til omkring 100% af partiklerne passerer gennem en maskevidde på 325.
5. Fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 1, hvor den ekspanderede og formalede perlit fremstilles ud fra en perlitmalm ved at ekspandere perlitmalmen for at tilvejebringe en ekspanderet perlit og endvidere, hvor den ekspanderede perlit formales til en reduceret størrelse for at tilvejebringe den ekspanderede og formalede perlit.
6. Fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 1, hvorved den ekspanderede og formalede perlit fremstilles ud fra en perlitmalm ved at formale perlitmalmen til en perlit med en første størrelse, hvor endvidere perlitten med den første størrelse ekspanderes for at tilvejebringe en ekspanderet perlit, og endvidere hvor den ekspanderede perlit formales til en nummer to størrelse for at tilvejebringe den ekspanderede og formalede perlit.
7. Fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 1, hvorved den ekspanderede og formalede perlit fremstilles ud fra en perlitmalm ved at formale perlitmalmen for at tilvejebringe en formalet perlit, og endvidere hvor den formalede perlit ekspanderes for at tilvejebringe den ekspanderede og formalede perlit.
8. Fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 1, og som yderligere omfatter, at man reducerer densiteten af cementsammensætningen for at danne en lavdensitets cementsammensætning.
9. Fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 8, hvorved lavdensitets cementsammensætningen omfatter et materiale med lav massefylde.
10. Fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 8, hvorved lavdensitets cementsammensætningen omfatter en opskummet cementsammensætning eller et densitetsreducerende additiv.
11. Fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 1, hvorved cementen anbringes i en borebrønd.
12. Fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 1, hvorved cementen anbringes underjordisk.
13. Fremgangsmåde til vedligeholdelse af en borebrønd, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter, at man: tilvejebringer et borebrøndfluid omfattende et basisfluid og en ekspanderet og formalet perlit; anbringer borebrøndfluidet i et ringkammer i borebrønden; anbringeren cementsammensætning i ringkammeret; og lader cementsammensætningen størkne.
14. Fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 13, hvorved den ekspanderede og formalede perlit forefindes i borebrøndfluidet i en mængde fra omkring 5 til omkring 50 vægtprocent af borebrøndfluidet.
15. Fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 13, hvorved basisfluidet omfatter et vandbaseret fluid eller et ikke-vandbaseret fluid.
16. Fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 13, hvorved den ekspanderede og formalede perlit fremstilles ud fra perlitmalm ved at ekspandere perlitmalmen for at tilvejebringe en ekspanderet perlit, og endvidere hvor den ekspanderede perlit formales til en reduceret størrelse for at tilvejebringe den ekspanderede og formalede perlit.
17. Fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 13, hvorved den ekspanderede og formalede perlit fremstilles ud fra en perlitmalm ved at formale perlitmalmen til en perlit med en første størrelse, hvor endvidere perlitten med den første størrelse ekspanderes for at tilvejebringe en ekspanderet perlit, og endvidere hvor den ekspanderede perlit formales til en nummer to størrelse for at tilvejebringe den ekspanderede og formalede perlit.
18. Fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 13, hvorved den ekspanderede og formalede perlit fremstilles ud fra en pertitmalm ved at formale perlitmalmen for at tilvejebringe en formalet perlit og hvor endvidere den formalede perlit ekspanderes for at tilvejebringe den ekspanderede og formalede perlit.
19. Fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 13, hvorved borebrøndfluidet er en adskillelsesvæske.
20. Borebrøndfluid omfattende en ekspanderet og formalet perlit.
