Claims (22)
1 Sekvensautomat til digitale elementer der afvikles på en datamat, kendetegnet ved successivt at sammensætte kandidater fra en samling af tilgængelige dataelementer i velformede rækkefølger via metaoplysninger knyttet til dataelementer og tredje parts angivelser af brugbare mønstre. Mønstrene er typisk repræsenteret som rækker af skabeloner, der via metadata angiver det ideelle dataelement.
2 Sekvensautomat, ifølge ovenstående krav (Krav 1) med en tilfældighedsgenerator kendetegnet ved for hver skabelon at udfinde flere egnede kandidater (dataelementer) som den vælger imellem til det endelig resultat.
3 Sekvensautomat, ifølge et eller flere af ovenstående krav (Krav 1 eller Krav 2) kendetegnet ved at starte forfra i mønstret, når slutningen er nået.
4 Sekvensautomat, ifølge et eller flere af ovenstående krav (Krav 1 eller Krav 2 eller Krav 3), udstyret med en hukommelse kendetegnet ved at tage højde for, hvilke filer der allerede er afviklet og sørger for, at der er en given distance til næste afvikling både i forhold til samme position i listen og i forhold til den samlede afvikling.
5 Sekvensautomat, ifølge et eller flere af ovenstående krav (Krav 1 eller Krav 2 eller Krav 3 eller Krav 4) kendetegnet ved at sekvensautomaten til tider optræder autonomt ubestemmeligt i ferhold til angivelserne. Både hvor meget og hvorledes kan variere.
6 En metode til sekvensproduktion, eksemplificeret i sekvensautomaten beskrevet 1 Krav 1, der med udgangspunkt 1 en ordnet sekvens af ensformede skabeloner, der blandt en til skabeloner isoform elementmasse for hver skabelon successivt udfinder det møst passende element.
7 En metode til sekvensproduktion, iflg. Krav 6 og eksemplificeret i Krav 2, som inden for kontrollerbare ubestemmelighedsrammer autonomt udfinder nonkonforme, uensartede, passende elementer.
8 En metode til sekvensproduktion, iflg. Krav 6 eller Krav 7 og eksemplificeret i Krav 3, som tillader endelig som uendelig repetition med variation af skabelonbaseret element-udfinding,
9 En metode til sekvensproduktion, iflg. Krav 6, 7 eller Krav 8 og eksemplificeret i Krav 4, som tillader produktionskorrektion relativ til en for skabeloner eller elementer angivet forekomst- eller udfindings-distance.
10 En metode til sekvensproduktion, iflg. Krav 6, 7, 8 eller 9 og eksemplificeret i Krav 5, som tillader ubestemmelig produktionskorrektion, relativ til et eller flere af elementers karakteristika,
11 Sekvensautomat ifølge Krav 1,2, 3, 4 eller 5 der anvender profiler kendetegnet ved at beskrive skabelonlisters anvendelsesmuligheder og samtidig tilknytte en række vægte til søgeprioritet, der kan fordeles på de forskellige typer oplysninger i de gemte metadata. Ligesom oplysninger om distance m.m. er knyttet til de enkelte skabelonlister i stedet for at gælde generelt.
12 Sekvensautomat ifølge Krav 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 eller 11 med et interface i form af en protokol kendetegnet ved at kunne tilgås fra andre mekanismer f.eks en MP3-afspiller under afviklingen i form af et fastlagt API og/eller ActiceX-kompcnent.
13 Sekvensautomat ifølge Krav 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 11 eller 12 med reguleringsanordning kendetegnet ved at det generelle niveau for en eller flere størrelser i mønstret kan ændres via anordningen.
14 Sekvensautomat ifølge Krav 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 11 eller 12 med panel kendetegnet ved at panelets knapper manipulerer med rækkefølge og indholdet i den opbyggede sekvens af faktiske elementer.
15 Sekvensautomat ifølge Krav 14 der viser en liste kendetegnet ved for hver skabelon at opstille det resterende matchresultat som alternativ løsning til det af sekvensautomaten valgte element.
16 Sekvensautomat ifølge Krav 14 eller 15 med en ekstra hukommelse kendetegnet ved at lagre og med passende frekvens til et centralt sted afsende information om brugshistorik vedrørende anvendte dataelementer og skabelonlister, samt information om brugerens aktive listeredigering (fravalg fra listen og tilvalg af andre faktiske dataelementer fra alternativlister).
17 Sekvensautomat ifølge Krav 14 der via en netforbindelse viser en liste kendetegnet ved at tilbyde umiddelbar inspiration, idet denne alternativliste opbygges på baggrund af andre samlinger end brugeres, f.eks. en bekendts eller gruppes fællesmængde via en netværksforbindelse.
18 Sekvensautomat ifølge Krav 17 med en inputmekanisme f.eks. en knap kendetegnet ved at udløse en direkte anmodning om anskaffelse af pågældende medieelement.
19 Sekvensautomat ifølge Krav 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 11 eller 12 udstyret med øvrige datakilder kendetegnet ved at kunne tillade afbrydelser og genoptagelse i sekvensautomatens produktion (data fra datakilder)
20 Sekvensautomat ifølge Krav 1-18, hvor der kan vælges et eller flere faktiske dataelementer kendetegnet ved at de udvalgte dataelementer danner udgangspunkt for frembringelsen af en velformet skabelonliste med tilhørende standardprofiler indeholdende instrukser til brug ved afvikling i sekvensautomatens produktion.
21 Sekvensautomat ifølge Krav 20 med en grænseflade kendetegnet ved at muliggøre justering af instrukser indeholdt i profilen til brug ved afvikling i sekvensautomatens produktion.
22 Sekvensautomat ifølge Krav 13 udstyret med et skema og et ur kendetegnet ved at kunne robotstyre de i Krav 13 nævnte anordningstyper over konkret angivne tidsforløb, såsom timer, dage og uger.
