Abstract

The drive comprises an electric motor connected by a serrated belt to a toothed wheel meshing with a threaded bar. The treaded bar is accommodated inside a pleated rubber cover (15). A space inside the unit coaxial positioned to the work spindle can be used as a passage way for a laser beam when the spindle is removed.
