Abstract

This wet-treatment apparatus according to the invention for a continuously transported strand-like textile web (T) defines and contains a number of treatment chambers (4-7), through which the textile web passes in succession and which have, arranged separately above their entry ends, transport members (8, 9) and monitoring devices (15) for the textile-web loads in each chamber. All the transport members, which can be driven in rotation, are equipped with a separate variable-speed drive motor (13, 14), and the filling-level monitoring devices (15) are connected to potentiometer devices (16), via which the drive motors of the transport members can be controlled according to the respective textile-web loads in the chambers, so that preselected chamber loads can be maintained or regulated automatically even when there are changes in the dimensions of the textile web. <IMAGE>
