Eine solche lediglich von ihren Standbeinen getragene Haltevorrichtung ist naturgemäß verhältnismäßig instabil, so daß sie leicht umzufallen vermag, wobei sich der Müllsack erfahrungsgemäß teilweise auf den Boden entleert. Bei der Entnahme eines gefüllten Müllsacks sind die vier ihn zwischen sich einschließenden Standbeine hinderlich. Versucht man, den gefüllten Sack aus der Haltevorrichtung herauszuheben, so neigt diese dazu, sich mit dem Sack emporheben zu lassen.
