Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Transportverpackung für eine Flasche mit integriertem Handtragegriff ( 60 ). Für alle Sorten von Flaschen mit Vertiefungen bzw. Einstechboden ( 61 ) von einer bestimmten Mindesttiefe in der Flaschenunterseite bzw.Standfläche { 62 ). Bestehend aus einem gefalteten Wellpappenzuschnitt. Die sichtbaren ( 63 ) und unsichtbaren { 61 ) Flaschenkonturen werden aus dem Wellpappenzuschnitt, vierfach mit Stahlstanzschnitt ausgestanzt und durch zusammenfalten der Faltflächen { 64 ) über sechs Faltlinien ( 65 ) in die Form einer Platte gebracht. Die Ausstanzungen stehen nach Faltung auf Passung so zueinander, das die Ausstanzungen für den Tragegriff ( 60 ) sowie die Ausstanzungen für die Flasche { 66 ) aufeinander liegen und eine durchgehende Ausschnittsform ergeben. Hierbei ist die Faltrichtung der Faltplatten ( 64 ) von Aussen nach Innen Fig.4 parallel zu der Wellenlängsrichtung des Wellpappenzuschnitts. In Verbindung mit einem lösbaren oder nichtlösbaren Verschluss ( 72 } spielt die senkrechte Längsachsenunbeweglichkeit eine entscheidente Rolle. Die Ausbildung der Ausstanzung an die Kontur des Einstechbodens ( 61 ) gibt der Flasche den Halt gegen seitliches herausfallen im unteren Verpackungsbereich. Der Halt der Flasche im oberen Verpackungsbereich wird in Verbindung mit genau angepaßter Ausstanzung der Flaschekonturen, der durch falten erzielten Materialstärke sowie dem Verschluss ( 72 ) gewährleistet. Im oberen Ausstanz bereich befinden sich jeweils eine Bohrung ( 73 ) rechts neben der Ausstanzung, eine zweite Bohrung ( 74 ) in gleicher Höhe wie Bohrung ( 73 ) links neben der Ausstanzung. Nach falten und bestücken der Verpackung mit der Flasche wird durch die Bohrungen ( 73 ) und ( 74 ) ein lösebarer Verschluss (Bindfaden, Draht) oder nichtlösbarer Verschluss (Kunststoffschnellverbinder,Elektrokabelbinder ), ( 72 ) so durch die Bohrungen gefädelt das der Flaschenhalsumfang von dem jeweiligen Verschluss umgeben wird.The shape of the cutout ( 66 ) in the transport packaging is adapted to the bottle in such a way that its edges ( 61 ), { 62 ), ( 63 ) touch the bottled goods. Durch schliessen des Verschlusses ( 72 ) im oben Ausstanzbereich durch die Bohrungen { 73 ) und ( 74 ) wird gleichzeitig die Vierfachfaltung Fig.3. im oberen Verpackungsbereich gebunden. Ist die Verpackung mit einer Flasche bestückt und durch den Verschluss ( 72 ) verschlossen, ist ein aufklappen im unteren Bereich der Ausstanzung des zusammengefalteten Wellpappenzuschnittes durch die Ausbildung der Ausstanzung im Einstechbodenbereich { 61 ) und durch die dadurch entstandene, umhüllende Klemmhaltung des Flaschenbodenrandes { 62 ) des in die Vertiefung des Flaschenboden ( 75 ) ragende Wellpappenwelle ( 61.a ) nicht mehr möglich. Durch die steife Warenbestückung vornehmlich durch Glasflaschen und exakte Ausstanzung der Form dient die Flasche selbst als Fixierung der Verpackung gegen verschiebung der einzelnen Faltplatten.{ 64 ) Über der Ausstanzung des Flaschenkörpers befindet sich eine Ausstanzung ( 60 ) die nach der Form eines Tragegriffs ausgebildet ist.By closing the closure, it is ensured that the bottle can no longer move in the vertical transverse axis. Durch lösbare Verschlüsse ist die Verpackung nicht nur als Einwegverpackung zu nutzen sondern kann auch als Mehrwegverpackung eingesetz werden. Die Verpackung lässt sich Aufgrund der im aufgeklappten sowie zusammengeklappten Plattenform sehr dicht und damit sehr gut lagern.The handle opening (60) allows the bottle packaging to be carried easily in everyday use.
