Description
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Schutzbehälter für Faßgebinde oder faßähnliche Gebinde.The invention relates to a protective container for drums or drum-like containers.
Die industrielle Handhabung von in Gebinden abgefüllten Flüssigkeiten erfordert die Beachtung umfangreicher Sicherheitsmaßnahmen, die die Wahrscheinlichkeit verringern sollen, daß Flüssigkeiten unbeabsichtigt ins Erdreich eindringen. Es ist daher Vorschrift, daß in irgendeiner Form kontaminierende Flüssigkeiten - und daß sind im industriellen Bereich fast alle - mit ihren Gebinden so gelagert werden müssen, daß eine Beschädigung des Gebindes oder eine unsorgfältige Handhabung der Flüssigkeit im Gebinde nicht zu einer Kontamination des Erdreichs führen kann. Es ist daher Vorschrift, daß derartige Gebinde auf flüssigkeitsdichten Wannen zu lagern sind, die im Notfall geeignet sind, die aus den Gebinden auslaufende Flüssigkeit vollständig aufzufangen.The industrial handling of liquids filled in containers requires the observance of extensive safety measures designed to reduce the likelihood of liquids accidentally penetrating the soil. Es ist daher bekannt, unter Verwendung von Faßpaletten geschlossene Schränke zu bauen, in die die Fässer oder faßähnlichen Gebinde einstellbar sind. Die Handhabung derartiger Schränke ist umständlich, da die Fässer oder faßähnlichen Gebinde durch Türen oder Klappen in das Innere des Schrankes verbracht werden müssen. Darüber hinaus sind die Schranke relativ teuer, insbesondere weil die Türen und Klappen, durch die die Fässer in den Schrank eingebracht werden müssen, gegen das Eindringen von Flüssigkeit zuverlässig abgedichtet sein müssen.Such barrel pallets have proven their worth in indoor use.
