Die Erfindung betrifft eine Anlage zur biologischen Reinigung kommunaler und organisch hochbelasteter industrieller Abwässer in Form einer Durchlaufanlage.The invention relates to a plant for the biological purification of municipal and organically highly contaminated industrial wastewater in the form of a flow-through plant.

Es gibt eine Vielzahl von konventionellen Kläranlagen zur Reinigung vorgenannter Abwässer, die nach biologischen Verfahren arbeiten. In der Regel handelt es sich hierbei um Anlagen die in Vorklärung, Belebung und Nachklärung aufgeteilt sind. Diese Anlagen weisen somit einen großen Flächen- und Raumbedarf auf. Kompaktkläranlagen, die im Durchlaufprinzip arbeiten, erfordern für die Aufgaben der weitergehenden Abwässerreinigung erhebliche und verfahrenstechnisch schwierige Pumpeinrichtungen um die Prozeß- und Schlammrückführungen zu realisieren.There are a number of conventional sewage treatment plants for cleaning the aforementioned wastewater, which work according to biological processes. Erfindungsgemäß wird die Aufgabe dadurch gelöst, daß eine nach dem Belebtschlammverfahren arbeitende Kläranlage durch einen senkrecht durchströmten Nachklärtrichter bzw. mehrere Nachklärtrichter ergänzt wird. Erfindungsgemäß wird weiterhin das Problem der Prozeßwasserrezirkulation und der Rücklaufschlammführung dadurch gelöst, daß ein handelsübliches Bodenrührwerk in getauchter bzw. über Wellenantrieb unterhalb des Nachklärtrichters so installiert wird, daß ständig eine ausreichende Menge Prozeßwasser und Rücklaufschlamm, welcher sich im Nachklärtrichter separiert, in die Belebtschlamm-zone zurückgeführt wird und in der Belebtschlammzone bei Belüftungspausen mit dem gleichen Gerät in Schwebe gehalten wird. Somit vereinigt die vorbeschriebene Anlage die Belebung, Denitrifikation, Nitrifikation, biologisch P und Nachklärung je nach Auslegung in einem Behälter. Durch die kompakte Anordnung von Behältern in Stahl oder Beton, Nachklärtrichter in GFK, Beton oder Stahlblech und in der Erfindungsgemäß beschriebenen Anordnung mit Belebungsraum, Nachklärtrichter und Betonrührwerk mit integrierter Begasung oder getrennter Belüftung über ein separates Belüftungssystem werden niedrige Bau- und Montagekosten und niedriger Flächen- und Raumbedarf sowie niedrige Energiekosten für den Betrieb der Anlage bei dem Reinigungsziel der Stickstoff und biologischen Phosphorelimination erreicht.
