QebrauchsmuatiH-schutz
Die Anmeldung erstreckt sich auf den Oberschenkelteil eines Kunstgelenkes des Hüftgelenkes. Dieser besteht aus einem Stiel, welcher im Markraum des Oberschenkels verankert wird. Auf den Stiel ist ein ProthesenhaJs mit konisch geformtem Ende zur Aufnahme der Hüftgelenkkugel angebracht. Diese Gelenk kugel wird in Form einer Metall- oder Keramikkugel aufgesetzt. Die Achse des Halses bildet mit der Achse des Stieles in frontaler Ebene einen Hals-Schaft" winkel von 140 Grad (Abb. 1,3).
Der Stiel besteht aus Metall und besitzt eine Überlange.
Die körperfernen (distalen) 2/3 des Stieles sind in leicht verjüngender Weise als Stab ausgebildet, welche nach Implantation in den Oberschenkel konform mit dessen Längsachse liegt (Abb. 1,2 und Abb. 1,3). Der gelenknahe proximale Teil des Stieles verbreitert sich in der Frontalebene in Dreieckform, welche eine Neigung nach medial von 14-0 Grad zur Frontalachse des restlichen, distalen Teiles einnimmt (Abb. 1,3).
In Sagittalebene verlaufen die körperfernen 2/3 des Stieles wie in Frontalebene stabförmig gerade mit stetiger leichter Verjüngung. Der dem Hüftgelenk nahe Teil des Stieles (proximaler Teil) zeigt in Sagittalebene (Abb. 1,2) eine nach hinten konvexe Krümmung mit einem Radius von Stiellänge. Die Längsachse dieses proximalen Stielbereiches bildet in der Sagittalebene mit der Längsachse des restlichen Stielabschnittes einen Winkel von 10 Grad (Abb. 1,2). Damit tritt an der Halsbasis des Stieles ein Versetzen von einem Drittel der dortigen Stielbreite (in Sagittalebene) nach ventral (vorne) ein (Abb. 1,2). Der Stiel folgt mit dieser sag i t talen Krümmung der Krümmung des Oberschenkelschaftes, weicher in Hüftnähe ebenfalls nach hinten konvex gebogen ist.
Der Stiel besitzt in der dem Hüftgelenk zugewandten Abschnitt (proximaler Abschnitt) einen Querschnitt von Rechteckform (Abb. 1,1), der übrige Stielbereich besitzt einen quadratischen Querschnitt (Abb. 1,1).
Parallel zur Stielachse in Frontalebene sind sowohl auf der ventralen als auch auf der dorsalen Räche des Stieles Stege mit rechtwinkligem Profil eingebracht (Abb. 1,3 und Abb. 1.1). Eine der Stege läuft sowohl auf der ventralen als auch auf der dorsalen Fläche des Stieles genau in der frontalen Achse über die gesamte Stiellänge (Abb. 1,3). Im hüftgelenknahen oder proximalen Bereich des Stieles sind noch 2 weitere Stege angebracht, welche parallel zum ersten Steg verlaufen (Abb. 1,3).

Der beschriebene Stiel stellt eine Grundform dar, welche durch weitere abhebende Bearbeitung so abgerundet werden kann, daß je nach dem Grad der weiteren Bearbeitung sowohl
ein profilierter Stiel mit verschiedenen Profilformen und Profiltiefen als auch ein nur wenig profilierter oder unprofilierter Stiel hergestellt werden kann.
Die verschiedenen Möglichkeiten der implantationsfertigen Stiele nach Abtragung sind in Abbildung 2 beispielhaft aufgeführt.
Abbildung 2,1 stellt die Querschnitte der Stielgrundform dar. Abbildung 2,4 stellt einen stark profilierten Stiel dar, welcher nach Abrunden der Kanten aus der Grundform entsteht.
Abbildung 2,2 stellt die Querschnitte eines Stieles durch verstärktes Abrunden dar, welcher medial und lateral abgerundete Rächen zur gleichmäßigen Kraftübertragung auf den Oberschenkel besitzt.
Abbildung 2,3 stellt den Stielquerschnitt nach weiterer Abrundung durch Abtragen dar. Die in Abbildung 2,4 und 2,2 noch tiefe Profilierung ist dabei zunehmend flacher geworden. Abbildung 2,5 stellt den Querschnitt des Stieles nach starker Abtragung dar. Verblieben ist danach ein zunächst ovaler weiter distal annähernd runder Querschnitt.
Der G rundform des Stieles (Abb. 2,1) liegt der Gedanke zugrunde, diesen durch abtragendes Bearbeiten spezielle Querschnittsformen für
die zementfreie Verankerung
als auch für die zementierbare Implantation aus der Grundform zu erreichen.
Der Stiel mit den Querschnitten wie in Abbildung 2,4 und Abbildung 2,2 haben mit ihren tiefen Profilierungen gute Voraussetzungen zur zementfreien Implantation. Die zusätzlichen Stege fangen besonders die beim Gehen auftretenden Drehkräfte in sagittaier Richtung auf.
Die Stiele mit den Querschnitten in Abbildung 2,3 und Abbildung 2,5 hingegen eignen sich für die zementierte Implantation.
Zusätzlich kann die Grundform des Stieles durch K U r &zgr; e &eegr; so verändert werden, daß bei der Implantation weniger Markraum im Oberschenkelschaft ausgefüllt wird.

Abbildung 3 zeigt einen solchen, auf ein Standardmaß gekürzten Stiel in Grundform. Auch aus den gekürzten Grundstielen können durch Abtragen die oben angeführten speziellen Profilierungen für den zementfreien und den zementierten Einsatz hergestellt werden.

Claims (3)

Oberbegriff: Schutzansprüche (zweiteilige Form)
1. Prothesenstil für den Ersatz des Hüftgelenkes (Oberschenkelteil)
kennzeichnender Teil: dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Stil aus Metall besteht und eine Überlänge besitzt,
auf dem Stil ein Prothesenhals mit konisch geformtem Ende zur Aufnahme der Metalloder Keramikhüftgelenkkugel angebracht ist, die Achse des Halses mit der Achse des Stiles in frontaler Ebene einen Hals-Schaft-Winkel von 140 Grad bildet (Abb. 1,3), die körperfernen (distalen) 2/3 des Stiles in leicht verjüngender Weise als Stab ausgebildet sind, welche nach Implantation in den Oberschenkel konform mit dessen Längsachse liegt (Abb. 1,2; 1,3), sich der gelenknahe proximale Teil des Stiles in der Frontalebene in Dreiecksform verbreitert., welche eine Neigung auf medial von 140 Grad zur Frontalachse des rechtlichen, distalen Teiles einnimmt (1,3), die körperfernen 2/3 des Stiles in Sagittalebene wie in Frontalebene stabförmig gerade mit stetiger leichter Verjüngung verlaufen,
der dem Hüftgelenk nahe Teil des Stiles (proximaler Teil) in Sagittalebene (Abb. 1,2) eine nach hinten konvexe Krümmung mit einem Radius von Stillänge zeigt, die Längsachse des proximalen Stilbereiches in der Sagittalebene mit der Längsachse des restlichen Stilabschnittes einen Winkel von 10 Grad (Abb. 1?2) bildet, wodurch an der Halsbasis des Stiles ein Versetzen von einem Drittel der dortigen Stilbreite (in Sagittalebene) nach ventral (vorne) eintritt (Abb. 1,2),
der Stil in der sagittalen Krümmung der Krümmung des Oberschenkelschaftes folgt, welcher in Hüftnähe ebenfalls nach hinten konvex gebogen ist,
der Stil in der dem Hüftgelenk zugewandtem Abschnitt (proximaler Abschnitt) einen Querschnitt von Rechteckform besitzt (Abb. 1,1), der übrige Stilbereich einen quadratischen Querschnitt (Abb. 1,1),
auf der ventralen als auch auf der dorsalen Fläche des Stiles parallel zur Stilachse in Frontalebene Stege mit rechtwinkligem Profil eingebracht sind (Abb. 1,3 u» 1,1), einer der Stege sowohl auf der ventralen als auch auf der dorsalen Fläche des Stiles genau in der frontalen Achse über die gesamte Stillänge läuft (Abb. 1,3), im hüftgelenknahen Bereich des Stiles noch 2 weitere Stege angebracht sind, welche parallel zum ersten Steg verlaufen (Abb. 1,3),
bei dem Stil sowohl die Möglichkeit sowohl der zementfreien Verankerung als auch der zementierbaren Implantation besteht.

dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
- die unter Nr. 1 beschriebene Grundform des Stiles durch weitere Bearbeitung so abgerundet werden kann, daß sowohl
ein profilierter Stil mit verschiedenen Profilformen und Profiltiefen als auch ein
nur wenig profilierter oder unprofilierter Stil
hergestellt werden kann (Abb. 2).
