Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ein Metallgefäß, z. B. eine Versandtrommel,
mit einer- Polyäthylenauskleidung oder einer sonstigen, geeigneten Auskleidung,
die in Form eines Beutels oder Sackes in das Gefäß eingebracht und bei der Boden-
und Deckelbefestigung gleichzeitig mit verfalzt wird, so daß sie eine glatte Boden-
und Seitenanlage innerhalb des Gefäßes erhält. Das Neuartige besteht im wesentlichen
darin, daß das offene Ende des Polyäthylenbeutels nach dem Verfalzen in derMantel-
und Decltelverbindung noch eine Länge aufweist, bei der es die innere Deckelfläche
überlagern und durch die kleinere Deckelöffnung so weit nach außen ge: zogen werden
kann, daß eine leichte Einbringung und Entnahme des Füllgutes möglich ist und das
nach dem Füllen des Gefäßes bzw. Beutels noch zur Verfügung stehende Auskleidungsmaterial
für einen dichten Verschluß, z. B. durch Abbinden oder Verklemmen, ausreichend ist.
Durch dieErfindungwird weiter erreicht, daß das nachteilige Verfalzei des Deckels
mit dem Mantel unter Einschluß einer gesonderten, weiteren Mantel- und Deckelauskleidung
vermieden wird, oder aber daß sich die-Verwendung eines zusätzlichen Dichtungsteiles
zwischen Deckel und Gefäß rad erübrigt. Es werden also wesentliche Kostenersparnisse
erzielt, abgesehen von der bequemen und gefahrlosen Einfüllmöglichkeit - beispielsweise
von aggressiven Füllgütern, die eine Polyäthylenauskieidung voh Metallgefäßen bedingen.
Auch die Entnahme des Füllgutes am Verbraucherplatz wird durch die Erfindung erleichtert.
Außerdem besteht noch der Vorzug, daß Gefäße mit einer derartig ausgebildeten Polyäthylenauskleidung
wiederholt benutzt werden können und die Rentabilität~ der Verpackung für bestimmte
Füllgüter eher gewährleistet ist. In der Zeichnung veranschaulicht -Fig. 1 einen
Querschnitt durch den Behältermantel und die Behälterverschlußteile mit lose eingesetztem
Polyäthylensack, und Fig. 2 zeigt den Querschnitt durch den fertigen Behälter.-Der
Gefäßmantel 1' weist die Falzränder 2 auf, gegen welche sich die Ränder 3 des Bodens
4 und des Deckels 5 vor dem Verfalzen anlegen. Zuvor wird der Polyäthylenbeutel
6 so eingeführt, daß er im Boden mit einem Rand 7 den Falzrand 2 des Behältermantels
überdeckt und mit einem Rand 8laden Bördelrand 2 im oberen Ende überlagert. Letzteres
erfolgt dergestalt, daß das Beutelende g in den Behälter bzw. in den Beutel 6 zurückgestoßen
und danach der Rand 8 des dehnbaren Materials ausgezogen wird. The invention relates to a metal vessel, e.g. B. a shipping drum,
