Entgegen allen bisherigen Ausführungen wird dieser optische Mangel nicht mit einer festen Nischenblende (1,1a) verdeckt, sondern mittels einer klappbaren Nischenblende (2), die mittels Scharnieren (3) an der Garagenwand gelenkig befestigt ist. Beim Öffnen des Rundum-Lamellen-Schiebetores (4) wird kurz vor Erreichen der Endstellung liniar eine Steuernase unter eine Steuerkurve geschoben, drückt selbige nach oben, wodurch das Riegelsystem geöffnet wird und mittels Rückzugsfeder die klappbare Nischenblende nach innen an die Garagenseitenwanad zieht.
