Die Erfindung betrifft eine Klemmvorrichtung für aus Kunststoff hergestellte Tuben.The invention relates to a clamping device for tubes made of plastic.
Während aus Metallblech hergestellte Tuben sich beim Entleeren mit ihrem Ende aufrollen lassen und in dieser aufgerollten Stellung auch verbleiben, ist diese aufgerollte Stellung bei aus Kunststoff hergestellten Tuben wegen der dem Material innewohnenden Rückstellkräfte nicht möglich. Rollt man aus Kunststoff hergestellte Tuben auf, so bewirken die Rückstellkräfte, die dem Kunststoffmaterial innewohnen, ein Zurückfedern mit dem Ziel, in die alte Form in der die Tuben hergestellt wurden, zurückzukommen. Meist sind die dem Kunststoffmaterial innewohnenden elastischen Kräfte nicht groß genug, um wirklich in die alte Form zurückzukehren. Teilentleerte Kunststofftuben nehmen daher eine gekrümmte Form ein, die unästhetisch aussieht und die Anlaß dafür sein kann, daß die Tube in unerwünschter Weise beim Hantieren von ihrer Auflagefläche heruntergerissen wird und in darunter befindliche Waschbecken oder auf den Fußboden fällt. Die dem Tubenmaterial innewohnenden Rückstellkräfte führen aber auch dazu, daß in die teilweise entleerte Tube Luft zurückgesaugt wird, die beim nächsten Entleerungsvorgang erst heraus-While tubes made of sheet metal can be rolled up at the end when emptied and remain in this rolled up position, this rolled up position is not possible with tubes made of plastic due to the restoring forces inherent in the material. Der Halter 1 besteht aus zwei Seitenwänden 2 und einer Grundfläche 3. An einer Stirnseite sind die beiden Seitenwände durch eine Verbindungswand 4 miteinander verbunden.
