Description
According to the invention there is an apparatus for measurement and observation and, if necessary, registration of the lighting conditions in the sky is proposed, which is characterized in that by means of an opto-electrical conversion system, how photoelectric cell, photocell or the like, the light components of solar radiation, the cloud cover and possibly also the total light in the sky are recorded separately and to ground the identical electrical values. possibly. after remote transmission of the electrical values via a wireless transmitter or e: ine Long-distance line.
Teil blau erscheinen. The invention is based on the knowledge that in the sky in practice the following extreme conditions, which are important for meteorological observation, occur can: i. Clear, cloudless sky a) Greatest intensity of sunlight. b) greatest blue stain in the sky, c) large differences in light in the sky, steep increase in light in near the sun; completely overcast sky a :) little sunlight, b) sky completely gray, c) small differences in light in the sky, flat light increase near the sun. The develop various intermediate states in the sky. When the sun is out °, for example with a partly white overcast sky, the values a) and c) would be according to i. appear. Included the sky would only become a small one. Part appear blue. Are there clouds or Haze in front of the sun, and if the zenith is free of clouds, then the values result a) and c) according to a., - @ välirend the blue component is very large. 'So you can say. that the measurement of the characteristic values a), b) and c) the cloudiness reveal. So you get usable observation values if the light distribution and the color can be measured in the sky. The coherent consideration of the measurement Over a certain period of time, the real conditions can be adequately dealt with Recognize security.
Building on this, a particularly expedient embodiment is a Device according to the invention, characterized in that the cloudiness by measurement of the blue component e, s of the total light is determined, preferably only in zineni certain section of the sky. It is expediently used according to the invention made that the blue light of the sky is polarized. A suitably trained Device according to the invention is characterized in that the blue component originating from the front polarized light is evaluated for the measurement of cloud cover, preferably by periodic polarization ignition of the optical-electrical conversion system guided light, e.g. B. by means of a rotating or reciprocating polarization filter before (I-er liciitelel; trisclien cell. According to a further development of the device after the invention becomes square in the light path to the optiscli-elel @ trisc: iIn conversion system another color filter. preferably a blue filter, arranged.
In addition to the cloudiness measurement, the device according to the invention also determines the amount of light resulting from solar radiation. This is done according to the invention in a sky area. preferably by scanning it, which lies outside the sky range for the cloud measurement. Becomes practical thereby proceeded according to the invention expediently so that the sky area for the Measurement of the light component of solar radiation through a translucent gap is scanned, which is preferably as a narrow sector on a rotating opaque Dome is formed, in such a way that the light passing through the gap is from the sun. possibly via a mirror arranged opposite the gap, is thrown onto the opto-electrical conversion system, preferably onto the same electric cell, with the help of which also the cloudiness or the blue component is measured.
The invention and further details are with reference to drawings for example explained.
In Fig. I to 3 an embodiment, game one device after the Invention shown.
The Fig. D. through 6 show diagrams of the 11e13 voltages used by the Apparatus according to the invention are generated, and in Fig. 7 is a measuring circuit for the device shown according to the invention.
B. Blech, bestehende Kuppel i, die
Zelle .i, "langen kann.
fallen lzann.
Kuppel i das rotierende bzw: hin und her gedrehte Polaris.atiDnsfilter 5 angeordnet.
It: it is advisable to operate the device without the presence of operating personnel to operate. It is generally not necessary that the device has Always switched on and in operation for 74 hours a day. An intermittent Rather, operation is preferable in many cases. For this, according to FIG. 2, a Timer i9 is provided, which controls the power supply, e.g. B. a battery. only on certain Switches on for hours and switches off again after a certain period of time. The timer closes the circuit between the power supply and the drive motors 6 and io, the amplifier 1-2 and the transmitter 13.
The measured values can be registered on the receiving side. excerpts from register strips are shown in Fig. q. to 6 shown.
The alternating voltage curve 210 is the register component of the blue light for the cloudiness, and the impulses 2i indicate the solar radiation. the The frequency of the alternating voltage 2o is determined by the speed of rotation of the polarization filter 5 agrees and the amplitude of the alternating voltage 2o by the strength of the blue light, which changes depending on the vegetation. The pulse frequency, i.e. H. the Distance d: -, r pulses 2i, is determined by the speed of rotation of the gap. $ or the dome i is determined and the amplitude is determined by the strength of the incident sunlight. In the registration strip according to FIG. Q. eats blue and solar radiation in one certain strength in the sky. So the sky is at the observatory clear and sunny. In the recording strip according to Fig. 5, solar radiation is present, but no blue component. So the sky is cloudy at the zenith. At the registration strip According to Fig. 6 there is no solar radiation, but there is a strong blue component. The sky is therefore only free of clouds at the zenith.
For remote transmission of the measured values from the device to the evaluation location The following transmission methods are possible on the receiving side: .The first Transmission method is characterized in that the alternating voltage or the Pulses with frequencies at the lower end of the: Audio frequency range one. low frequency Oscillator with a frequency roughly in the middle of the audio frequency range in the Modulate the frequency, which in turn modulates the amplitude of a high-frequency transmitter. With this method the speeds of the polarization filter are .. 5 resp. Des. Gap 8 set up so that very low frequencies arise. These are -, with the help of an oscillator with a higher frequency in the Frequency transposed so that the measuring frequencies can be monitored. This measuring vane sotuit has the advantage that measuring instruments and recording instruments are not always used needs, but can also carry out a certain observation through eavesdropping. A Another transmission method according to the invention is characterized in that the alternating voltage or the pulses frequency-modulate a high-frequency transmitter directly.
In Fig.7 an amplifier is shown, which is based on the principle of first transmission method according to the invention works.
The photocell q. bends at the entrance of the preamplifier tube h1. In the entrance circle this tube is the sensitivity switch 1.1, which is on the basis of Fig. 2 already has been explained. The tube L '"is connected as a low-frequency oscillator, and the oscillator is modulated in frequency by the photocell voltages. The tube L'3 is a post-amplifier tube, from the output of which the i @ leßspannung via the transmitter L '., is given to the transmitter. The tube l'4 is a in itself known power rectifier, and the glow voltage stabilizer St holds the supply voltages of the tube in a manner known per se, constant.
