Description
Die Neuerung betrifft ein Profilset für die Schnellmontage von Paneelen zur Verkleidung von abzudeckenden Wandbereichen, wobei einem Basisprofil mit Rastaufnahme ein mit einer Gegenraste ausgestattetes Klemmprofil zugeordnet ist und wobei zwischen dem Basisprofil und dem Klemmprofil eine Aufnahmenut für den Rand des Paneels geschaffen ist.The innovation concerns a profile set for the quick assembly of panels for cladding wall areas to be covered, whereby a base profile with a locking receptacle is assigned to a clamping profile equipped with a counter-lock and whereby a receiving groove for the edge of the panel is created between the base profile and the clamping profile.
Aus dem DE-U 72 03 887 ist eine Abschlußleiste in Form eines U-Profils aus Kunststoff zum randseitigen Umfassen von Verkleidungsplatten wie Paneele, Fassadenplatten usw. bekannt, dessen U-Schenkel einen Einschubspalt für die Verkleidungsplatten bilden. Die Basis des U-Profils der bekannten Abschlußleiste ist in Form einer Rastsitzverbindung mit veränderbarer Rasttiefe ausgebildet. Die Rastsitzverbindung besteht dabei aus einer Rastnut mit Innenverzahnung und einer darin eingreifenden Rastfeder am Gegenprofil mit Außenverzahnung. Die beschriebene Wandabschlußleiste besitzt eine Aufnahmeleiste, die längs des Stirnrandes der Arbeitsplatte befestigt ist. Die Aufnahmeleiste weist an ihrem oberen Stirnrand eine Aufnahmenut auf, in welcher eine Befestigungsleiste eingeklemmt ist. Die Befestigungsleiste besitzt an ihrem oberen Stirnrand eine weichelastisache Abdichtungslippe, die im Querschnitt beidseitig über die Befestigungsleiste vorsteht und schräg zu dieser angestellt ist. Hier setzt die Neuerung ein, die es sich zur Aufgabe gestellt hat, ein Profilset für die Schnellmontage von Paneelen zur Verkleidung von abzudeckenden Wandbereichen anzugeben, mit dem Spaltöffnungen zur Unterseite nicht entstehen und bei dem keine Abdichtungsprobleme auftreten. Neuerungsgemäß wird dazu vorgeschlagen, daß das Basisprofil wenigstens einen abstandhaltenden Zentralsteg aufweist, von dem im rechten Winkel ein Auflagersteg abragt, daß von dem Zentralsteg in definiertem Randabstand ebenfalls im rechten Winkel ein einerseits mit Rasten und andererseits mit Abstandhaltestegen ausgestatteter Raststeg abragt, und daß in die zwischen der Oberwand und dem Raststeg gebildete Rastaufnahme ein mit einer Gegenraste versehener Raststeg eines winkelförmigen Abdeckprofils verrastbar eingesetzt ist, dessen äußerer Schenkel winkelförmig zum Auflagersteg hin verläuft und an seiner Verbindungsstelle mit dem Raststeg sowie an seinem freien Ende jeweils mit einer weichen Dichtlippe ausgestattet ist.This is where the innovation comes in, which has set itself the task of specifying a profile set for the quick assembly of panels for covering wall areas to be covered, with which gaps do not form on the underside and with which no sealing problems arise. Die neuerungsgemäße Profilkombination verhindert mit ihren glatten Anlageflächen einerseits an der Unterlage und andererseits an der Plattenoberfläche jede Spaltbildung im Verbindungsbereich, so daß das Eindringen von Feuchtigkeit hinter die Paneele verhindert wird. Dazu dienen auch die weichen Dichtlippen am Raststeg, die zusätzlich zu der Winkelstellung auf Vorspannung gehalten sein können und damit mit der Herstellung der Rastverbindung fest auf die Unterlage bzw. die Plattenoberseite gepresst werden. Die neuerungsgemäße Rastverbindung ist so gestaltet, daß das Basisprofil keine Rastnut wie beim Stand der Technik aufweist, sondern einen Raststeg mit zur Oberwand freiliegenden Rasten besitzt. In die durch die Oberwand einerseits und den mit Rasten versehenen Raststeg andererseits gebildete Rastaufnahme wird der mit einer Gegenraste versehene Raststeg des winkelförmigen Abdeckprofils eingedrückt. Dadurch kann über die neuerungsgemäße Profil verbindung eine hinterlüftete Fassade geschaffen werden. Dieser Profilquerschnitt wird dann angewandt, wenn keine Konstruktionselemente 5 hintergriffen werden, sondern wenn eine abzudeckende Vorwand aus den Paneelen 8 direkt zwischen der Decke 9 und dem Fußboden 10 geschaffen werden soll. Das Basisprofil 1 wird in der gezeigten Darstellung über Schraubelemente 15 an der Wand 4 befestigt.
