entfernten Schaufelrades angeordnet.Infeed conveyor
The invention relates to a mobile loading manual road,
which is intended to be transported by an excavator good, z. B. overburden or lignite
in lignite mining plants, to be taken over by the excavator and to a conveyor belt for
To pass on conveyance. A manual feed line of this type is known at
which is a short infeed conveyor belt arranged parallel to the main conveyor belt and
can be moved on the supporting frame of the main conveyor belt over its entire length.
Such a feed belt has the advantage that the main conveyor belt of the feed belt line
does not have to be provided with feed rollers arranged close together. at
If a feed belt is used, it must be ensured that it is in

to couple the feeder conveyor that it is taken along as the excavator advances
will. In this case, however, it cannot be avoided that considerable amounts of material are encountered on the conveyor belt
Side forces are exerted. The invention avoids this disadvantage in that
the swivel drive, the hoist winch and any feed chutes from the feeder carriage

can be operated. It is a plant though
known, in which the movement of a movable on a conveyor belt
Dog, who mediates the transfer of dredged material on a conveyor belt, from
is controlled from a driver's cab. But the feeder conveyor rests on the
Dog and therefore stresses the frame of the conveyor belt line by its weight as well
from dangerous side forces. Also is the driver's cab from which the controls
the dog's locomotion takes place in the vicinity of the far from the task point
distant impeller arranged.
The invention will be explained in more detail with reference to the drawing.

The scale shows the loading wagon in side view and in section according to IV-IV of FIG. 3.
In the case of the feed belt line according to FIGS. I and 2, the conveyor belt I is at rest
with its drive 2 on the supporting frame 3, on the top belt 4 of which a feed carriage
5 is mobile. The conveyor belt I has a hydraulic or other one at one end
Device 6, which allows this end of the conveyor belt to be raised and lowered.
The purpose of this facility is to change the feed height of the conveyor belt and the
To be able to convey the conveyor belt in both directions depending on the requirements.
The support structure 3 rests on two crawler tracks 7 and 8, on which the feed conveyor line
can be moved in order to be able to follow the excavator as it advances. Since the
large span of the shoring 3 is difficult to remove the two bogies
7 and 8 must be adhered to so precisely that no tension in the supporting structure
3 arise, this is supported on the chassis 7 so that a shift
on the rollers g in the longitudinal direction of the support structure 3 is possible. Also is
it can be rotated about a vertical and a horizontal axis transversely to the conveying direction.
On the chassis 8, the support structure 3 is about a vertical and a horizontal axis
rotatably mounted transversely to the conveying direction.
The loading carriage 5 is shown in FIGS. 3 and 4. The car drives
with wheels 19 on rails I0, which are attached to the top flange of the supporting structure 3
are. The drive is preferably carried out by chain reel II and chains I2.
diesem an das Förderband I abgegeben. On the loading carriage 5, the loading conveyor belt I3 is arranged, the
is supported by closely spaced feed rollers 14. By purring
15 the abandoned dredged material is directed to the infeed conveyor belt I3 and from
this delivered to the conveyor belt I.
The transfer of the dredged material from the excavator to the conveyor belt
takes place by the swiveling feeder conveyor I6 (Fig. 2). To get the

Driver's cab I7, in which the switching equipment for the swivel drive,
the hoist winch and the adjustment of any feed chutes of the conveyor I6 as well as
are housed for the drive of the loading carriage itself. This achieves
that the loading carriage 5 and the conveyor I6, which are not mechanically coupled to one another
can be controlled from one place. The one between the cab I7 and

that the drive motors of the excavator with the drive of the feeder 5
be switched synchronously, preferably using the Leonard circuit,
so that the loading carriage 5 follows the travel movement of the excavator easily. Of the
The attendant can therefore regulate the exact handover of the dredged material from the driver's cab I7.
