Die Neuerung betrifft eine Faltschachtel, d.h. eine sog. "Hartbox", für Zigaretten nach dem Oberbegriff des Schutzanspruches 1.The innovation concerns a folding box, i.e. a so-called "hard box", for cigarettes according to the generic term of protection claim 1.

Der Neuerung liegt daher die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Faltschachtel nach dem Oberbegriff des Schutzanspruches 1 zu schaffen, die auf eine zusätzliche Umhüllung aus durchsichtigem Material verzichtet und die dennoch vor dem ersten Gebrauch verschlossen ist, so daß erkennbar ist, ob die Packung bereits geöffnet und ggf. eine Zigarette entnommen wurde.The innovation is therefore based on the task of creating a folding box according to the generic term of claim 1, which dispenses with an additional covering made of transparent material and which is nevertheless closed before the first use, so that it is recognizable whether the pack has already been opened and, if applicable, whether a cigarette has been removed.

Die Faltschachtel nach der Neuerung unterscheidet sich in ihrer äußeren Form und in der Ausbildung und Anordnung des Klappdeckels nicht von einer herkömmlichen. Zwischen Klappdeckel und dem restlichen Körper der Faltschachtel ist aber ein durch Perforation gebildetes Aufreißband vorhanden und zwar an drei Seiten, also nicht an der Rückseite. Dort ist das Falzscharnier vorgesehen, um das der Deckel hochklappbar ist. Vor dem ersten Gebrauch wird das Aufreißband erfaßt und entlang der Perforation von den entsprechenden Abschnitten der Faltschachtel getrennt. Im Anschluß daran läßt sich der Deckel öffnen. Durch die Bildung des dreieckförmigen Aufreißgriffes entsteht nicht nur ein gut anfaßbarer und handhabbarer Griff, durch den das Aufreißen erleichtert wird, sondern durch die Dreiecksform erfolgt auch eine Anpassung an die herkömmliche Ausbildung des Deckels oder anders ausgedrückt, an den Kartonzuschnitt. Die herkömmliche Deckelform mit in Gebrauchslage schräg nach oben verlaufender unteren Kante des Deckels an den Schachtelschmalseiten bleibt erhalten.The folding box is advantageously designed as defined in claims 2 to 4. Die in der Zeichnung dargestellte Faltschachtel weist die herkömmliche Quaderform einer sog. "Hartbox" für Zigaretten auf. Der in Fig. 4 dargestellte Kartonzuschnitt wurde geändert, um die speziellen Anforderungen der Neuerung, d.h. die Ausbildung eines Aufreißbandes, zu ermöglichen. In Fig. 4 sind Falze als Strich, Schnitte als Doppelstrich und Perforationen gestrichelt, dargestellt. Es ist beim Betrachten der Fig. 1 bis 3 leicht erkennbar, daß die Packung am Anfang (Fig. 1) fest und erkennbar verschlossen ist. Wenn der Aufreißgriff 3 erfaßt wird, so kann das Aufreißband 4,5 insgesamt entfernt werden (Fig. 2). Dann ist es möglich, den Klappdeckel 2 um das Faltscharnier 10 hochzuklappen und die Zigaretten zu entnehmen (Fig. 3). Obwohl auf eine zusätzliche Umhüllung verzichtet wird, ist für den Verbraucher sicher erkennbar, daß es sich um eine neue, unbenutzte Verpackung handelt, solange das Aufreißband mit Hilfe des Aufreißgriffes nicht entfernt und eine Zerstörung entlang der Perforation stattfand. Es ist damit auch die gewünschte Frische gewährleistet. Der Klappdeckel 2 ist in üblicher Weise nach dem Entnehmen einer Zigarette wieder zum Verschließen der Verpackung herunterklappbar.When looking at Fig. 1 to 3, it is easy to see that the pack is firmly and visibly closed at the beginning (Fig. 1). Das Verkleben erfolgt an den mit X bezeichneten Flächen.
