Die Erfindung betrifft ein elastisches textiles Trägerband, insbesondere für Miederwaren, bestehend aus mehreren sich gegenseitig durchdringenden Fadensystemen, von denen mindestens drei im wesentlichen in Bandlängsrichtung und mindestens eines im wesentlichen in Bandquerrichtung verlaufen, wobei mindestens eines der in Bandlängsrichtung verlaufenden Fadensysteme Fäden aus einem elastomeren Material aufweist und mindestens ein weiteres der in Bandlängsrichtung verlaufenden Fadensysteme Fäden aufweist, die so in das Gesamtsystem eingebunden sind, daß sie zur Erzeugung eines Haut-Schutzeffektes im wesentlichen auf einer Seite des Trägerbandes liegen.The invention relates to an elastic textile carrier tape, in particular for corsetry, consisting of several mutually penetrating thread systems, of which at least three run essentially in the longitudinal direction of the tape and at least one essentially in the transverse direction of the tape, whereby at least one of the thread systems running in the longitudinal direction of the tape has threads made of an elastomeric material and at least one further of the thread systems running in the longitudinal direction of the tape has threads which are integrated into the overall system in such a way that they lie essentially on one side of the carrier tape in order to produce a skin-protecting effect.

Die Fig. 1 und 3 zeigen in einem üblichen Maschenbild jeweils einen Ausschnitt aus einem gewirkten Trägerband. Diese elastomeren Fäden, die beispielsweise aus einem Filament mit der Rohstoffbezeichnung "Elasthan" bestehen können, verlaufen in Bandlangsrichtung L entlang der Maschenstäbchen. Zur Verdeutlichung des Prinzips, nach dem die den Hautschutzeffekt erzeugenden Fadensysteme H2.1 und H2.2 angeordnet sind, zeigt Fig. 2 in einem stark vereinfachten Legungsbild, in dem die Einzelpunkte N als Symbol für die Nadeln der Maschine stehen und der Bewegungsablauf der Legeschienen als Linien um die Punkte N eingezeichnet sind. Die Nadelgassen, durch welche die Fadenführer und Lochnadeln der Maschine schwingen, sind mit den Zahlen 0 bis 7 bezeichnet. Elastisches textiles Trägerband, insbesondere für Miederwaren, bestehend aus mehreren sich gegenseitig durchdringenden Fadensystemen, von denen mindestens drei im wesentlichen in Bandlängsrichtung und mindestens eines im wesentlichen in Bandquerrichtung verlaufen, wobei mindestens eines der in Bandlängsrichtung verlaufenden Fadensysteme Fäden aus einem elastoineren Material aufweist und mindestens ein weiteres der in Bandlängsrichtung verlaufenden Fadensysteme Fäden aufweist, die so in das Gesamtsystem eingebunden sind, daß sie zur Erzeugung eines Hautschutzeffektes im wesentlichen auf einer Seite des Trägerbandes liegen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die sich gegenseitig durchdringenden Fadensysteme in einem Bandgewirk mit Fransenbindung miteinander verbunden sind, wobei die Fäden (Fl, F2) eines der im wesentlichen in Bandlängsrichtung (L) verlaufenden Fadensysteme die in Bandlängsrichtung verlaufenden Maschenstäbchen (Ml.1 bis Ml.15; M2.1bis 2.12) des Gewirks bilden, die durch mindestens ein als Schuß in Bandquerrichtung (Q) eingebundenes Fadensystem (Sl.2, Sl.2; S2.1, S2.2) in Bandquerrichtung miteinander verbunden sind und die Fäden (El, E2) aus elastomere™ Material als Schußlegung im wesentlichen in Bandlängsrichtung (L) durch die Maschenstäbchen verlaufen, während die Fäden zur Erzeugung des Hautschutzeffekts als Stehfäden (Hl.1, Hl.2; H2.1, H2.2) im Bereich zwischen den Maschenstäbchen in Bandlängsrichtung angeordnet und jeweils in vorgegebenen Abständen, in eine Masche eingebunden sind.1.
