Die Erfindung betrifft eine Duschabtrennung, eine Badewannenabschirmung, eine allgemeine Feuchtraumabtrennung od. dgl. mit den Merkmalen des Oberbegriffs von Anspruch 1 bzw. den Merkmalen des Oberbegriffs von Anspruch 2 oder 3.The invention relates to a shower partition, a bathtub screen, a general wet room partition or the like with the features of the preamble of claim 1 or the features of the preamble of claim 2 or 3.

Die zuvor aufgezeigte Aufgabe ist durch die Merkmale des kennzeichnenden Teils von Anspruch 1 gelöst. Entsprechendes gilt für die kennzeichnenden Teile von Anspruch 2 und Anspruch 3 in entsprechender Weise, da alle drei Ansprüche im kennzeichnenden Teil miteinander übereinstimmen. Der Ersatz der Zahnsegmente durch einen Lenkerhebel führte zu einer erheblichen Verschleißminderung und Verringerung der Reparaturanfälligkeit, da die auftretenden Kräfte über einen relativ dick konzipierbaren Lenkerhebel und entsprechend massive Achslager übertragen werden können. Aufgrund der notwendigerweise asymmetrischen Anordnung des Lenkerhebels dürfte es in den meisten Fällen nicht möglich sein, die Gleitklapptür in beiden Richtungen aus der Schließebene herauszuklappen. Das wäre bei Zahnsegmenten an sich möglich. Erfindungsgemäß ist erkannt worden, daß die betrieblichen Randbedingungen von Duschabtrennungen dies aber gar nicht erfordern, auch im Stand der Technik sind die Zahnsegmente so gestaltet, daß nur eine Klapprichtung der Gleitklapptür möglich ist. Fig. 1 zeigt am Beispiel einer Duschabtrennung als besonders bevorzugtem Einsatzfall das Konzept der Erfindung. Die hier dargestellte Duschabtrennung ist auf einer schematisch dargestellten Duschtasse 1 angeordnet, Sie kann beispielsweise in einer Raumecke eines Badezimmers angeordnet sein, das ist hier vorgesehen. Dazu weist diese Duschabtrennung ein feststehendes Wandelement 2 sowie ein weiteres Wandelement 3 auf, das offenbar ist. Das weitere Wandelement 3 hat einen Rahmen 4 und eine in dem Rahmen 4 verschiebbar und schwenkbar aufgehängte Gleitklapptür 5. Die Gleitklapptür 5 weist zwei Türelemente 6 auf, es könnten aber auch drei oder vier Türelemente 6 sein. Die beiden Türelemente 6 sind mit ihren Außenrändern 7 im Rahmen 4 mittels je einer Anlenkachse 7¹ schwenkbar gelagert (dies sieht man erst in Fig. 3) und mindestens ein Türelement 6 ist im Rahmen 4 auch verschiebbar geführt.
