Description
Der erfindungsgemäße Balken wurde vorzugsweise für den Bereich sogenannter "aufgesetzter" Decken-/ Wandbalken, bzw. Fachwerke konzipiert. Bekannt sind die verschiedensten Massivholzquerschnitte und geleimten Formationen,allerdings ist nichts bekannt, wo die Jahrringsstrukturen für jeden einzelnen Balken einen klar definierten/garantierten Qualitätsstandard ausweisen; und noch dazu sogenanntes Schwachholz unter Einbeziehung des Baumkantenbereiches zum Einsatz kommt. Meistens werden "aufgesetzte" Balken als U-kastenförmige Formationen aus 3 Brettern zusammengesetzt.The beam according to the invention was designed preferably for the area of so-called "attached" ceiling/wall beams or half-timbered structures. Ziel der Erfindung war die Schaffung eines massivholzähnlichen Balkens, der - trotz erheblicher Holzfeuchte-/ Wärmeschwankungen - rissefrei bleibt.The aim of the invention was to create a beam similar to solid wood that remains crack-free despite significant fluctuations in wood moisture/heat.
Gelöst wurde die Aufgabe durch Balkenformationen (1) aus zwei viertelstückähnlichen (2) Einzelteilen, von denen der Baumkantenbereich (3) nach innen gedreht wird. Durch den Umstand, daß die Jahrringsstrukturen (4) im Prinzip für jeden Balken gleich sind - und die Jahrringsbögen immer auf zwei zueinander in etwa im rechten Winkel stehenden/liegenden Flächen (5) auslaufen - ist die Grundlage zum Holzspannungsausgleich gegeben (rissefrei). Die Einzelstücke (2) können im Fügeflächenbereich (6) zur Kante/Fläche (7) sowohl parallel (p), als auch konisch profiliert werden (k).The task was solved by beam formations (1) made of two quarter-piece-like (2) individual parts, of which the tree edge area (3) is turned inwards.
