Die Erfindung betrifft einen Ventilsack für Abfüllmaschinen, der mit einem Ventil zum Befüllen versehen ist.The invention relates to a valve bag for filling machines, which is provided with a valve for filling.
Ventilsäcke werden mit den Ventilöffnungen über den Füllstutzen der Füllmaschine geschoben. Bei Füllgut mit niedriger Schüttdichte muß der Ventilsack beim Füllen entlüftet werden. Zu diesem Zweck sind die Säcke mit einem Entlüftungsvlies versehen. Über dieses Vlies entweicht die Luft, das Füllgut mit seinem Staubanteil wird zurückgehalten. Nachteilig bei diesen Ventilsäcken ist, daß Luftsauerstoff und/oder Feuchtigkeit beim Transport bzw. beim Lagern der gefüllten Ventilsäcke über das Vlies in das Sackinnere gelangen kann, wodurch das Füllgut oft in unerwünschter Weise beeinflußt wird. Gemäß Figur 1 ist der Ventilsack (1) mit einem Ventil (2) zum Befallen und einem Vlies (3) zum Entlüften versehen. Gemäß Figur 2 ist statt des Vlieses (3) parallel zum Ventil (2) ein Entlüftungsventil (4) angeordnet. Beide Ventile (2,4) können nach dem Füllvorgang gemeinsam, z.B. mit einem Schnellbinder (5) luft- und wasserdicht verschlossen (Figur 3) oder gemeinsam gefaltet und eingesteckt werden (Figur 4). Die Ventile (2) und (4) können aus kollarbierbaren Schläuchen bestehen.
