Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zur Herstellung eines Bahnwickels aus Papier oder Karton sowie geeignete Einrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens.The invention relates to a device for producing a web roll made of paper or cardboard and to suitable equipment for carrying out the method.

Bei der Herstellung von Bahnwickeln aus Papier oder Karton wird häufig eine Wickeleinrichtung benutzt, bei welcher der Bahnwickel an einer Tragtrommel 2 anliegt. Man erhält dadurch einen festen Bahnwickel und hat außerdem die Gewähr, daß beim Übergang auf einen neuen Bahnwickel die Wickelgeschwindigkeit genau eingehalten wird. Ferner wird durch Blaseinrichtungen ein vom Ende der Bahn des alten Bahnwickels abgetrennter Bahnstreifen von der Tragtrommel hin zur neuen Wickelhülse geblasen, auf welche dieser abgetrennte Bahnstreifen, der sich mehr und mehr verbreitert, aufgewickelt wird. Es wird dann der alte, d.h. fertige Bahnwickel von der Tragtrommel weggefahren und abgebremst. Bei diesem Bremsvorgang lockern sich vielfach die äußersten Lagen des vollen Bahnwickels, so daß diese vom Wickel abgetrennt werden müssen, da sie die weitere Verarbeitung des Bahnwickels verhindern würden. Dieser Anteil des Bahnwickels muß als Abfall wieder zurück in den Papier-Aufbereitungsprozeß zurückgeleitet werden.When producing web rolls made of paper or cardboard, a winding device is often used in which the web roll rests on a carrier drum 2.
