Die Erfindung betrifft eine Fahrradpalette zum Transportieren und Stapeln von Fahrrädern, Mofas od. dgl., mit einem Palettenboden und einem Palettendeck.The invention relates to a bicycle pallet for transporting and stacking bicycles, mopeds or the like, with a pallet base and a pallet deck.
Zum Transportieren von Fahrrädern kennt man Fahrradpaletten der obigen Ausführungsform, bei denen das Palettendeck als geschlossenes Deck ausgebildet und ein Gestänge zur Sicherung des Ladeguts vorgesehen ist. Folglich stehen die Fahrräder mit ihren Rädern auf dem Palettendeck auf. Derartige Fahrradpaletten bauen verhältnismäßig hoch, weil sich die Unterfahrhöhe für Gabelstapler zwischen Palettendeck und Palettenboden mit der Fahrradhöhe addiert. Folglich reduziert sich die Stapelhöhe um die Unterfahrhöhe zwischen Palettendeck und Palettenboden. Dadurch baut die gesamte Paletteneinheit mit dem Ladegut deutlich niedriger als die bekannten Ausführungsformen. Darüber hinaus ist ein besonders sicherer Stand der Fahrräder zwischen einerseits den Hohlstufen und andererseits den Querleisten gewährleistet, weil die Räder im Bereich der Hohlstufen über eine größere Höhe als bisher abgestützt werden. Das gilt ebenso für Mofas od. dgl.. Die seitlich offenen Hohlstufen bilden die für den Transport der erfindungsgemäßen Fahrradpalette erforderlichen Gabeleinführkanäle für einen Hubstapler bzw. Gabelstapler. Das Palettendeck 4 ist als offene Rahmenkonstruktion mit einem Querteiler 5 ausgebildet. Beidseitig des Querteilers 5 führt in Palettenlängsrichtung jeweils eine seitliche offene Hohlstufe 6 unter Bildung von seitlichen Gabeleinfahrkanälen 7 zum Palettenboden 3. Die Querleisten 8 sind als Holzleisten ausgebildet und aus der ebenfalls aus Holz bestehenden unteren Rahmenkonstruktion festgenagelt. Auf die obere Rahmenkonstruktion sind schmalseitig Stapelbügel 9 mit Querstäben 10 aufgesetzt und längsseitig die Stapelbügel 9 verbindende Einhängestangen 11 als Sicherungsgestänge für das Ladegut vorgesehen.
