The invention relates to a heat exchanger of the type specified in the preamble of claim 1. Such heat exchangers are often used as coolers or evaporators in air conditioning units. In the cooler or evaporator, the air flow passing through it is cooled, whereby the moisture contained in the air flow precipitates on the surface of the tubes and fins. On the air outlet side of the heat exchanger, the water droplets are carried along by the air flow and carried out of the device, a large proportion of these droplets also burst and this moisture is absorbed again by the air flow.
To eliminate this disadvantage, it has already been proposed to install a deflection device for the air flow at a certain distance below the heat exchanger.

Diese Einrichtungen benötigen einen relativ grcÄan auraumT verursachen hohen Druckabfall und sind unterhalb des Wärmetauschers als zusätzliches Bauteil vorgesehen.through which the moisture is separated due to the extreme change in direction and collected in a condensate collecting device. Such devices are known, for example, from DE-OS 33 05 126 and DE-OS 37 14 727. These devices require a relatively large installation space, cause a high pressure drop and are provided as an additional component below the heat exchanger.
In contrast, it is the object of the present invention to design a heat exchanger of the type specified in the preamble of claim 1 in such a way that condensate drainage is achieved in a simple and cost-effective manner.
This object is achieved in a heat exchanger of the generic type by the characterizing features of claim 1. The essential advantages of the subject matter of the invention are that the condensate discharge device is structurally combined with the heat exchanger, that it can be manufactured simply and inexpensively and, moreover, requires extremely little installation space.
Die Leitbleche können jedoch auch seIn order to change the direction of the escaping air flow, it is advisable to arrange the baffles at an angle to the ends of the fins in relation to the air flow direction between the fins. The air flow should initially be directed towards a wall of the housing surrounding the heat exchanger, which is opposite the air outlet opening of the housing. In this way, the condensate that does not drip down due to gravity will settle on this wall and then run into a condensate collection device. However, the baffles can also be arranged separately.

Um eine beatmügiiche Wirkung bei geringem Druckabfall zu erreichen, sind die Leitbleche in der Mitte des Abstandes zwischen zwei Rohren der untersten Rohrreihe angeordnet.be designed so that, viewed in the direction of air flow, they have two sections following one another and the second section is arranged at an angle above the first. Depending on the installation conditions and the desired air deflection, it is advisable for the angle between the end of the rib and the guide plate, or the first and second sections of the guide plate, to be at least 120° and a maximum of 160°, preferably 130° to 150°. In order to achieve a ventilation effect with a low pressure drop, the guide plates are arranged in the middle of the distance between two pipes in the lowest row of pipes.
In der Zeichnung zeigt:An example of an embodiment is explained in more detail below using the drawing. The drawing shows:

Jedes der Leitbleche 5Fig. 1 shows a heat exchanger 1 which consists of several parallel pipes 2 and heat exchanger fins 3 arranged transversely to them. The distance between two adjacent heat exchanger fins 3 is approximately 1.5 mm to 5 mm, depending on the design of the heat exchanger 1. Apart from the inlet and outlet, the ends of the heat exchanger pipes 2 are connected to one another via pipe bends 4. On the underside of the heat exchanger 1, guide plates are attached to the fin ends 3* in direct contact with the fins 3. Each of the guide plates 5
