Mandrels are used to clamp workpieces on machine tools
various designs, known. To host; of the tools in the axial direction
one uses so-called flat shoulders, which are generally connected to the mandrel
are made from one piece, but can also be plugged onto the mandrel.
The invention is known from dibson. Thorns out and intended for every kind of
Mandrels, an exact setting of both the flat shoulder and the clamping device
on the verscb: iied'enarüiigkeit of the workpieces to be processed or the cheapest
Allow machining level. According to the invention this is done in that on
the arbor spacer rings for axial adjustment of the flat shoulder and the clamping elements
are arranged. The spacer rings are a further embodiment of the invention
divided into different broths, around the clamping elements and also the flat shoulder
in the. the narrowest possible limits on the arbor, taking into account the through
to be able to set the respective workpiece requirements. Divided
for example, if the spacer rings are in widths of i + 2 + 2 + 5 + io + io mm, then
the position of the flat shoulder and the clamping element on the arbor to the millimeter
fix exactly. A refinement of the
Adjustment can of course be made by choosing thinner spacer rings
enable "while on the other hand, for long mandrels, the series mentioned, for example
can be continued by further spacer rings of 2o, 3o mm or more width.
The drawing shows three exemplary embodiments of the subject matter of the invention
shown in longitudinal section.
a links einem.
Anziehen
As can be seen from the figures, the receiving mandrel a has one on the left. Bund b, which is used as a visual lag shoulder for the spacer rings d1 to. d4 of different widths serves. The attached flat shoulder e can be displaced on the receiving mandrel a, as are the clamping elements i, which in the exemplary embodiments selected from. two; half spring washers exist. Depending on the contours of the workpiece or its size and the area available for clamping, the flat shoulder e and clamping rings i can be fixed as desired on the holding mandrel a using the options provided by the spacer rings. That. The tightening of the clamping elements i or the clamping of the workpiece f shown in dash-dotted lines takes place, for example, by the clamping nut g, which is guided on the threaded pin h.
in ihrer Breite: unterteilt; beispielsweise entsprechend Abb. i in ein Stück d4=
In Fig. I is the possible restraint and centering in this way
one. short workpiece, in Fig. 2 a long workpiece and in Fig. 3 a
Workpiece shown with a stepped inner contour. In any case, the tensioning elements are
i in the most favorable point for machining the workpiece f by means of the spacer rings
dl to. d4 set on the arbor, that is, if possible, in the machining plane
and as close as possible to the chuck. As mentioned earlier, the spacer rings are
in width: subdivided; for example according to Fig. i into a piece d4 =
i mm, two pieces d3 = 2 mm, one piece d2 = 5 mm and two pieces di = 10 mm, so that ih this
Case clamping device and flat shoulder on the mandrel with an accuracy of one millimeter
can be adjusted according to the respective mounting hole of the workpiece.
Of course, every other subdivision of the widths of the absurdity is also inherent in the essence
of the invention, as well as the application to mandrels for external clamping in the same
eats cheaply possible.
