Description
Tubular heat exchanger with extractable tube bundle Tubular heat exchanger with a bundle of tubes that can be pulled out of the housing and pushed back in are often built in the simplest embodiment in such a way that beer tube outside space only one uniform, albeit perhaps with transverse steering walls exposed chamber, .by which the one heat exchange medium in a single Current is passed through from one side of the head to the other. Tubular heat exchangers this type of construction only require seals between this Räh.renaußens space the two pipe end bottoms and the housing, which posed no particular difficulties prepares. However, if, as both the subject matter of the invention, it is a tubular heat exchanger with a tube bundle that can be pulled out and reinserted, in which the Tube outer space in cross section through. Longitudinal partition walls separated into several compartments is to thereby create a multiple flow, at least one dual flow of the to create a heat exchange medium in the longitudinal extension of the tube, so occurs in addition, the task of sealing also the longitudinal partition wall or walls opposite the housing, and the solution to this problem generally leads to a very considerable amount Trouble. Since the increase in the individual streams of the Guts led through the outer room of the Röliren as well as a corresponding extension of the entire current path as well as a strong acceleration: g means to increase the pressure losses within: the entire flow course and thus the pressure differences against which the individual flow paths are to be sealed against one another are; however, this results in undesirable effects even with minor leaks and very sustainable byways for -the flowing goods, which .die heat exchange effect can significantly affect.
In the Röhrenwärrneaustaus.cher according to the invention are the solution the task described above, the longitudinal partition walls with the housing jacket are rigid joined together, so that necessary seals are only attached to: the two Tube sheets partly between these and the housing, partly between them and the longitudinal partition walls result; accordingly, virid according to the invention in: the insertion direction -des Tubular bundle anterior koh.rboden corresponding to that through the longitudinal partitions and the housing given cross-sectional profile is divided into separate pieces unid the opposite tube sheet holding the entire tube bundle is designed in a uniform manner, while in the inserted position all front edges are full of longitudinal partitions, in which there are no current diversions, with the adjacent tube sheet are sealingly connected.
In this type of tubular heat exchanger according to the invention of the presupposed genre, the difficulties of sealing become these through the longitudinal partition or walls separate compartments or current paths largely. reduced by the fact that the most uncomfortable and difficult for the Alb dense Places., The boundary edges between: the longitudinal partition walls and the housing, because of the rigid assembly no sealing joints at all: surrender and thus Places to be sealed on the levels between the pipe bases and the front edges of the longitudinal partition walls to a limited extent. This also means that everything is made of waterproofing resulting operational hazards largely reduced. The ones left to seal Places are flat, the parts that collide in them are perpendicular to: the sealing surfaces can be moved in relation to each other, and thus an operationally safe sealing is easy enables. The overall arrangement as well as the assembly, especially when pulling out and reinsertion of the tubular bundle with accessories are largely simplified and. relieved.
A particularly advantageous embodiment of the inventive Tubular heat exchanger results in the event that a Zweis.tromführung through to provide a single diametrically placed parapet partition. is. In this case can, according to a further characteristic of the invention, the required deflection opening provided in the longitudinal partition at its end adjacent to the subdivided tube sheet and! the housing in a cross-sectional plane that penetrates this opening, the length divided into two mutually detachable pieces, i which if necessary flexible: can also be connected to one another in order to allow for thermal expansion to create in the tube longitudinal direction of the heat exchanger. Here the located in front of the subdivided tube sheet and sealingly connected to it together with its cover a head chamber for (all those entering it Pipe ends to connect the two half-bundles of the pipes.
Further possible embodiments and special features according to the invention result from the following description and the drawings.

The tubular heat exchanger according to Fig. I, 3 and 4 with a cylindrical In the illustration shown, the housing is intended for a supply flow guide, but essentially this embodiment can also be used for multi-flow lines. According to Fig. I, @ the main parts are ides. Heat exchanger a middle ax i, the the two Röb.renbünd-, l 2 and 3 contains, and two head chambers 4 and 5 as well as the Longitudinal partition 25 to be explained later. The housing consists of a central one Main part 6 and 'an end part 7 containing the head chamber 5, which in a transverse joint 8 are divided and composed. The connection of the two parts in: the joint 8 takes place with the mediation of the attached to the housing flanges and tightly connected, elastic membrane ring plates g., creating a certain longitudinal flexibility between : the housing parts 6 and 7 is created to allow thermal expansion. At the right end of the housing part 6: through: the uniformly designed tube sheet ok, completed; in front of this tube sheet sits: the head housing @ i @ i,. the the middle transverse wall 12 contains and thereby .in two of the tube bundles 2 and 3 corresponding Individual chambers 13, 14 is divided. On the lid parts of these two individual chambers 13 and 14, the pipe sockets 1.5 and 516 are attached. Are on the housing part r6 in the vicinity of the tube sheet alo the opposing, .the outer spaces the tube bundle 2 and 3 associated pipe socket 17 and r8 attached. The end piece 7: the housing is closed by the head cover i9 and contains the Tube bundles 2 and 3 facing the two semi-circular sides Flanges 2o and 21 and the central web 22, which together form a uniform flange surface form (see Fig. 4.). This creates two between parts 210, 21 and 22 almost semicircular cutouts, which correspond to the tube bundles 2 and 3. According to the invention, the ends of these two tube bundles are now tube sheet parts through the Leiden 23 and 24, the boundaries of which each form approximately a half-Kneiss segment, combined; these put themselves against the said flanges do,? i, 2.2 and are off with them A: bb. i emerges, connected in a sealing manner by fastening screws arranged all around. The one arranged between the two tube bundles 2 and 3, in the diameter plane of the entire heat exchanger lying longitudinal partition wall 25 is according to the invention designed that they are rigidly joined together on both longitudinal sides with the housing shell i is (see Fig. 3). If the housing is made of cast metal, it is for example Uniformly cast together with the housing; if it is made of sheet metal, it can be welded in place and thereby be completely sealed. At the end of the longitudinal partition. 25, that : is facing the subdivided tube sheet 23, 24, it has di-e proportionally large passage opening 26. The outer joint 8 of the housing lies in one plane, which this opening 26 penetrates. The front edge 27 on the opposite, the Tube sheet io facing end of longitudinal partition wall 25 is used as a sealing surface and is formed with the interposition of a packing by means of the screws 28 pressed against the rüe surface of the tube sheet in a sealing manner.
During operation of this heat exchanger, the one - heat exchange medium, for example cooling water, is introduced through the pipe nozzle 5 of the head 4 into the sub-chamber 13, distributed over the pipe bundle 2, passes from this into the head chamber 5, is from here into the Passed over the second tube bundle 3 and comes out of this via the subchamber ii and the pipe socket i (6 from the heat exchanger. The other heat exchange medium, e.g. steam to be condensed and cooled, is! through the pipe socket 18 into the outer tube space of the Tube bundle 3 introduced, pulls lengthways through this space, is deflected through the opening 26 around the longitudinal partition 25, passed into and through the outer space of the tube bundle 2 and leaves it through the pipe socket 17. Other, unwanted transfers from one to the. another flow of this second heat exchange medium between the outer spaces of the tube bundles 2 and 3, i.e. at the boundaries of the longitudinal partition wall 25, si nd not possible, since the only existing connecting joint separating the two spaces from one another on the front edge 27 of the longitudinal partition wall 25 opposite: the adjoining tube sheet can be easily and reliably sealed.
When the tube part 2, 3 of this heat exchanger out of the housing is to be pulled out, the hopf 4 on its outer flanges and in the middle Part of the mounting screws -28 detached from the tube sheet io, and at the same time the screw connections between the two tube sheet parts 23 and 24 on the one hand. and the flanges 2o, 21, 22 on the other hand removed. In this condition can pull out the tube bundle part and later push it back in unhindered be made.
In the embodiment according to Fig. 2 and 5 is a unitary housing part 6 is available, the hopf 4. and cover i9 of the arrangement and design according to Fig. i match. The longitudinal partition wall 215 with the passage opening 26 as well as with the sealing face 27 and its associated sealing attachment 28 also agrees with Fig. I above; "pure", i.e. the longitudinal wall 25 is again with it the housing 6 rigidly joined together. The flange parts 2o, 21 and 22 for sealing Connecting the tube sheet parts 23 and 24 there are correct in terms of their shape and arrangement also with the design according to fig. i and d. match; however, they are part of one b ° -special tube head chamber 2; 9 slidable in the housing 6, which has its own Cover 3; o. is lockable to: the screw connections of the flanges 20, 21 and 22 from Inside this tube head chamber from z, to make accessible. This embodiment according to Fig. 2 is preferably suitable for dual-flow heat exchangers, so only one Longitudinal partition wall 2; 5 with passage opening 26 or only two tube bundles 2 and 3 are present. In Fig. 2 you can also see the outer spaces of the tube bundles 2 and 3 subdivided by transverse deflection floors 3i in such a way that the from learning nozzle 18 coming in and subtracting through the nozzle ü7 stream, the in its middle part through the discharge opening 26 from one to the other other side of the longitudinal partition wall 2: 5 crosses, numerous deflections across to the tubes 2 and 3 experiences. The head chamber 29 which slide in the housing 6 can. To compensate for thermal expansion, does not need completely along its circumference to be sealed against the housing, since restricted passages at this point, As Fig. 2 overlooks, compared to the large, immediately adjacent passage opening 26 have no practical significance and in any case do not hinder side currents of disruptive effects Can evoke scope.
The deflection transverse floors 31 shown in Figure 2 can of course can be provided in exactly the same way in the heat exchanger according to Fig. i.
Fig. 6 shows schematically the arrangement of the longitudinal partitions and flow paths for the design of the heat exchanger with four-flow conduction. The entire tube bundle and its outer space are divided into four quadrants I, 11, III and IV by the longitudinal partition 25 with the deflection opening 26, the wall 32 with the deflection opening 33, the wall 34 with the deflection opening 35 and the wall 36 . The flow of the heat exchange medium to be passed through the tube exteriors is e.g. B. in turn from the inlet connection 18, which is to be thought of at the entrance of quadrant I, through this, is deflected through the passage opening 2i6 to the quadrant II, then i through the opening 33 into the quadrant III and finally, from this through the opening 35 of the longitudinal partition wall 34 is transferred into the quadrant IV, from which it emerges from the head of the heat exchanger through the nozzle 17 to be assumed at the outlet end. The entire tube bundle is then: of course divided into four individual bundles corresponding to these quadrants, and there is accordingly a total of four circular quadrant-shaped tube sheet sections instead of the two semicircular sections 23 and 24 in Fig. I. Instead of the one flange web 22 that can be seen in FIG. As can be seen from Fig. 6, there are additional sealing points on the end faces: of the walls 32 and 36 compared to the adjacent flange web, which would correspond to: the web 22 in Figs. I and r1. This seal can be effected in the same way as at points 27, 28 in Fig. Ii. It. eats from it recognizable: that the by Fig. i, 3 and 'q. The two-flow heat exchanger explained can also be designed in basically the same way as a multi-flow heat exchanger with the features of the invention. For the embodiment according to Fig. 2, the design as a cross-flow heat exchanger, as described, is basically also as a two-flow heat exchanger. possible; However, it would ensure a careful sealing of the sliding guide between the movable head chamber 29 and .dem housing 6 along. of the circumference of the tube sheet parts 23, 24 in order to suppress secondary flows as far as possible, which in this embodiment would lead to certain confusion.
