Die Neuerung betrifft eine Back- und Bratofen-Muffel nach dem Oberbegriff des Patentanspruchs 1.The innovation relates to a baking and roasting oven muffle according to the preamble of patent claim 1.

Aus der DE-OS-34 04 430 ist eine Back- und Bratofen-Muffel der in Rede stehenden Art bekannt. Bei dieser Back- und Bratofen-Muffel ist das längsgestreckt ausgebildete Leuchtkörper-Reflektorgehäuse der Beleuchtungseinrichtung hinter einer Öffnung in der Muffelseitenwandung angeordnet. Der Leuchtkörper ist in der senkrechten Grundfläche des Reflektorgehäuses rechtwinkelig dazu eingesetzt. Dadurch ergibt sich eine parallel zur Beschickungsseite der Ofenmuffel verlaufende Lichtstrahlungsrichtung im Inneren der Ofenmuffel. Durch diese Beleuchtungseinrichtung sollen in der Backofen-Muffel zwei Backebenen als beleuchtet erscheinen. Diese bekannte Beleuchtungseinrichtung für eine Back- und Bratofen-Muffel ist aber insofern noch nicht als optimal anzusehen, weil die in bezug zur Ofenmuffel-Seitenwandung im rechten Winkel in das Innere der Ofenmuffel gelangenden Lichtstrahlen für den in das Innere der Ofenmuffel Blickenden eine gewisse Blendwirkung ausüben und deshalb der Fortgang des Back- und Bratvorganges am Aussehen des Back- und Bratgutes in der Ofenmuffel oftmals nicht einwandfrei erkannt werden kann.A baking and roasting oven muffle of the type in question is known from DE-OS-34 04 430.
