Die vorliegende Neuerung betrifft eine Transportkiste mit einem Einsatz zur Halterung von Transportgut.The present innovation concerns a transport box with an insert for holding transported goods.

Empfindliche Transportgüter, die sich nicht gegenseitig berühren sollen oder deren Oberfläche vor Verkratzen zu schützen ist, wurden in der Vergangenheit jeweils einzeln verpackt, zu größeren Gebinden zusammengefaßt und anschließend wurden solche Gebinde in Transportkisten gepackt um anschließend versandt zu werden. Diese Vorgehensweise hat den Nachteil, daß große Mengen Verpackungsmaterial erforderlich sind und das Verpacken selbst sehr viel Zeit in Anspruch nimmt. Das heißt wiederum, daß in erster Linie Holz oder Metallkisten sich für eine solche Halterungsart eignen, leichtere Transportkisten aus Wellkarton dagegen weniger geeignet sind. Fig. 1 zeigt die Bestandteile der neuerungsgemäßen Transportkiste entlang einer vertikalen Richtung auseinande- gezogen. Zuoberst ist der Deckel 1 der Transportkiste gezeigt, der z. B. aus mehrlagigem Wellkarton gefertigt ist. Die Seitenwände des Deckels 1 haben eine Höhe, die es erlaubt den Einsatz 2 in zusammengefaltetem Zustand, die Seitenwände 3 ebenfalls in zusammengefaltetem Zustand sowie die Bodeiipalette 4 im Deckel aufzunehmen. Anschließend können die so arretierten zu transportierenden Teile noch mit einer schützenden Abdeckung versehen werden und schließlich wird der Deckel 1 geschlossen. Zum Schluß werden Stahloder Kunststoffbänder unter der Palette hindurch über den gesamten Karton entweder parallel zueinander oder über alle Seitenflächen hinweg befestigt und angezogen.
