Description
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf Absperrschieber, deren Dichtplatte in Schließlage auf ihren Dichtsitz am Gehäuse angepreßt wird, und besteht darin; daß die Dichtplatte an einem Gummistück befestigt ist, das von einem im Gehäuse geführten Hohlkolben umgeben ist und in Schließlage von der Spindel in Spindelachsrichtung in diesem Kolben zusammengepreßt wird und dadurch seinerseits die Dichtplatte auf ihren Dichtsitz preßt.The invention relates to gate valves, their sealing plate is pressed in the closed position on its sealing seat on the housing, and consists of; that the sealing plate is attached to a piece of rubber that is held by one in the housing guided hollow piston is surrounded and in the closed position of the spindle in the spindle axis direction is compressed in this piston and thereby in turn the sealing plate presses their sealing seat.

Beim Schließen drückt die Scheibe a; die mit einem Zapfen versehen in die Spindel eingedrückt ist und sich in deren Stirnende lose dreht, auf das in den hohlen Schieberkolben b befindliche d; das dann seinerseits die Dicht-. plätte c mit Dichtung c an den Sitz preßt. Beim Öffnen wird die Spindel wie bei jedem anderen Schieber nach oben gedreht, die flache Scheibe a, welche mit der Spindel verbunden ist und zugleich den Druck auf den im Schieberkolben b befindlichen Gummi d ausübt, geht dann nach oben, so daß sich der Gummi entspannt: Der Schieberkolben b wird durch das Hoch-, drehen der Spindel mit dem Gummi nach oben gezogen, so daß sich der Schieber öffnet. Der Schieberkolben b wird seitlich durch eine Nut geführt, so daß er die Dichtung e immer in der richtigen Lage führt. Die Dichtplatte mit der Dichtung e kann mit dem Gummistück cd durch einen Schwalbenschwanz verbunden sein (s. Abb. 2). 'Exemplary embodiments are shown in the drawing.
