Description
The invention relates to a sound-absorbing component according to the preamble of claim 1 and to a method for producing a sound-absorbing component according to the preamble of claim 14.
1010
Deswegen sind bereits mit Hohlräumen versehene Schallschluckelemente entwickelt wor-Sound-absorbing building elements for noise barriers or as wall elements, ceiling elements, floor coverings, paving or in road construction are known in a wide variety of designs. In the simplest form, these consist of a full-surface body made of aerated concrete (aggregate-porous single-grain concrete). In many cases, the sound-absorbing properties that can be achieved with this are not sufficient. For this reason, sound-absorbing elements with cavities have already been developed.
Although these improve sound absorption, it is often difficult to create the necessary cavities in such noise protection elements. In addition, the cavities in such known noise protection elements do not always provide sufficient sound protection.
Based on this, the invention is based on the object of creating a component that is easy to manufacture and has high sound absorption, as well as a manufacturing method for such a component.
To solve this problem, the building element specified at the beginning has the characterizing features of claim 1. By arranging the absorption bodies according to the invention, the building elements no longer need to have any cavities inside. These can also be easily molded into the building element. In addition, a material with particularly high sound-absorbing properties can be used for the absorption bodies, which is superior to cavities or isolated air in the building element.
The use of the absorption bodies according to the invention is particularly advantageous when the component has a structured surface made up of alternating projections and depressions. These are particularly common in the sound-absorbing components discussed here, since the resulting component surface is in itself somewhat sound-absorbing compared to flat surfaces. However, the arrangement of elevations and depressions on the surface of sound-absorbing components has the disadvantage that in the area of the depressions there is a smaller wall thickness, which transmits the sound better than those sections of the component that are provided with projections. Such components therefore have different sound transmission properties in relation to the area.

carrying properties.
With the further proposed targeted arrangement of the absorption bodies in the areas of the depressions, the naturally low sound insulation is increased by the absorption bodies to such an extent that the areas of the depressions have at least the same sound insulation properties as the areas of the elevations. This gives the sound-absorbing component according to the invention a sufficiently good sound insulation effect over the entire area.
According to a further proposal of the invention, the component is designed in multiple layers, namely it is preferably made up of a statically stable support plate and a sound-absorbing cover plate connected to it. In such a component, good stability and sound-absorbing properties are combined. The absorber bodies in such a component are expediently housed in the cover plate. Other features of the invention directed at the sound-absorbing component relate to the arrangement and design of the absorption body. These are explained in more detail in the description of a preferred embodiment of the invention.
Accordingly, the absorber bodies in the inventive component can be easily embedded without any significant additional effort by casting them layer by layer and simply placing the absorption bodies in precise positions on the first cast layer. The precise positioning of the absorption bodies can be made even more efficient by attaching them to a prefabricated (large-mesh) net in the desired position, so that between the casting processes a corresponding net sheet with the absorption bodies located on it can simply be placed in

10In an equally simple manner, a two-layer construction element can be manufactured from a support plate and a cover plate connected to it by casting the support plate into the mould or formwork before the cover plate provided with the absorption bodies is manufactured, or by simply inserting a prefabricated support plate into the still unfilled mould or formwork.

Sie liegen in der Ebene der Vorderseite 12 des Lärmschutzelements 10.From Fig. 1 it can be seen that the noise protection element 10 shown is strip-shaped, namely has an elongated, rectangular base. The front side 12 of the noise protection element 10 facing the sound source is structured here, namely provided with alternating projections 13 and depressions 14 that have a roughly equal-sized, square base. The projections 13 are provided with a circumferential bevel 15. The projections 13 protrude by approximately 2 cm from the depressions 14 in the present embodiment. The surfaces of the projections 13 and the depressions 14 are flat. They lie in the plane of the front side 12 of the noise protection element 10.
In the embodiment of the noise protection element 10 shown, there are equally formed edge projections 17 on the opposite (narrow) edge sides 16, which are set back from the surfaces of the recesses 14 and have a height that is slightly more than half the height of the noise protection element 10.
Two absorption bodies 18 are assigned to each of the recesses 14 of the noise protection element 10 shown. These are also strip-shaped and are embedded in the noise protection element 10, running parallel to one another at a distance in the longitudinal direction of the noise protection element 10. The length of the absorption bodies 18 is dimensioned such that they extend beyond the area of the recesses 14. Accordingly, the absorption bodies 18 protrude with short end areas beyond the edges of the recesses 14 running transversely to the longitudinal direction of the noise protection element 10 into the areas of the opposite projections 13 adjacent to the respective recess 14 (Fig. 1 and 2).
It can be seen from Fig. 3 that the absorption bodies 18, which are of approximately the same design, have a (flat) rectangular cross-section. The absorption bodies 18 are embedded in the noise protection element 10 lying flat with respect to the front side 12, in an area just below the surface of the depressions 14, at a level of approximately one quarter of the total height of the noise protection element 10 from the front side 12.
The absorption bodies 18 shown here have a length of 60 cm, a width of 5 cm and a height of 2 cm. The absorption bodies 18 are made of mineral wool. However, glass wool, foam plastic or similar sound-absorbing materials can also be used for the absorption bodies 18.
In particular, it can be seen from Fig. 3 that the noise protection element 10 shown, apart from the absorption bodies 18, consists of different materials which form a cover plate 20 facing the front side 12 and a support plate 21 located behind it. The cover plate 20 is expediently made of a sound-absorbing material, for example aerated concrete.
In contrast, the support plate 21 consists of normal concrete, which for static reasons can be provided with reinforcement not shown in the figures. If necessary, further reinforcement can also be arranged in the cover plate 20, preferably in the areas surrounding the absorption bodies 18, in order to ensure the stability of the cover plate 20 which may be reduced by the absorption bodies 18.
Für be-The connection of the cover plate 20 with the support plate 21 can be made by casting them together (wet on wet), but also by conventional form-fitting connections (dovetail guide, anchor rails or bolt dowels). For certain
For certain applications, it is also conceivable to manufacture the entire noise protection element 10 (apart from the absorption bodies 19 embedded therein) from a homogeneous material, for example aerated concrete or normal concrete.
The production of the noise protection element 10 shown in Fig. 1 to 3 from the cover plate 20 and the absorption bodies 18 arranged therein as well as the support plate 21 is preferably carried out as follows: The support plate 21 is first cast into a formwork or mold or a prefabricated support plate 21 is inserted. A thin (flat) layer of aerated concrete or the like is poured on top of this for the cover plate 20, which lies in the plane of the lower side of the absorption bodies 18 in relation to the front side 12 of the noise protection element 10. The absorption bodies 18 are then placed on top of this individually in precise positions or a coarse-mesh net with absorption bodies 18 attached to it in corresponding positions is applied. The remaining material is then poured into the mold or formwork to form the cover plate 20. Finally, the top side is stripped off to form the alternating projections 13 and depressions 14 on the front side 12 of the noise protection element 10. A stripping bar with a comb-like profile can be used for this purpose. Alternatively, a suitably designed (negative) matrix can be placed or pressed onto the mold after the material for the cover plate 20 has been poured in to form the projections 13 and the depressions 14, including the bevels 15 surrounding the projections 13.
When using a reusable mold to produce the noise protection element 10 according to the invention, it is also conceivable to provide the bottom of the mold with the profiling of the front side 12 of the noise protection element 10. Then the material for the cover plate 20 is first applied up to the level of the absorption bodies 18, the
Bei dieser Herstellungsweise lassen sich somit Lärmschutzelemente 10 mit beliebig geformten Konturen der Vorderseite 12 einfach herstellen.sorption body 18 is placed individually or attached to the net, the remaining material of the cover plate 20 is poured into the mold and finally the support plate 21 is poured onto this to connect the cover plate 20 to the support plate 21 "wet on wet". The support plate 21 can also be prefabricated and placed on the cover plate 20 produced in the mold or the prefabricated support plate 21 can be connected to the cover plate 20 after demolding. In this case, however, additional connecting elements of the usual type are required. This latter manufacturing process for the noise protection element 10 has the advantage that a final stripping of the profiled front side 12 of the noise protection element 10 can be omitted, which could lead to problems with complex contours of the front side 12. With this manufacturing method, noise protection elements 10 with any shape of contours of the front side 12 can be easily manufactured.
The formation of the noise protection wall 11 from a plurality of the above-described noise protection elements 10 can be seen in Figs. 4 to 6. Accordingly, to form the noise protection wall 11, the elongated noise protection elements 10 are arranged horizontally one above the other, in such a way that a recess 14 is followed by a projection 13 in the vertical direction, i.e., projections 13 and recesses 14 follow one another not only in the horizontal direction, but also in the vertical direction, so that the front side 12 of the noise protection wall 11 has a checkerboard-like distribution of the projections 13 and recesses 14.
In the above-described arrangement of several noise protection elements 10 one above the other, the edge projections 17 on the narrow edge sides 16 of each noise protection element 10 form upright, opposite, continuous edge strips 22 which approximately correspond to the thickness of the support plate 21 or slightly exceed it.
The edge strips 22 engage in a form-fitting manner in upright supports (not shown) to hold the noise protection elements 10 stacked on top of one another.
Sie kannEach noise protection element 10 has a total length of about 500 cm and a width of approximately 50 cm. With seven noise protection elements 10 stacked on top of each other (Fig. 5), this creates a noise protection wall 11 that has a width of 500 cm and a height of about 350 cm. The height of the noise protection wall 11 can, in contrast to the example shown, be varied as desired by changing the number of noise protection elements 10 stacked on top of each other. There are also no limits to the length of the noise protection wall 11. It can
Gehalten werden dabei die nebeneinanderliegenden Lärmschutzelemente 10 durch mit einem Doppel-T-Profil versehene Stützen zwischen benachbarten Lärmschutzelementen 10.Ig can be extended in sections (by 500 cm each) by placing a corresponding number of noise protection elements 10 stacked next to one another. The adjacent noise protection elements 10 are held by supports with a double T-profile between adjacent noise protection elements 10.
It can also be seen from Fig. 5 that the noise protection elements 10 arranged one above the other do not lie directly on top of one another, but rather at a distance to form a joint 23 lying in a horizontal plane. This is shown in detail in Fig. 6. Accordingly, the joint 23 is relatively narrow in the area of the support plates 21 lying one above the other, namely about 0.5 cm. A strip 24 made of preferably permanently elastic material running continuously in the longitudinal direction of the noise protection elements 10 serves as a spacer and as a seal. In the area of the cover plates 20 lying one above the other, the joint 24 is larger, namely here it has a width of about 1 cm. This larger joint width is formed by the support plate 21 being wider than the cover plate 20 on one long side of the noise protection element 10, namely about 0.5 cm.
-10-&khgr; genüber der Deckplatte 20 hervorragt.-10-&khgr; protrudes beyond the cover plate 20.
The wider gap between the cover plates 20 lying on top of each other is completely filled here, namely by a material that is also highly sound-absorbing. This can consist of an absorber mat 25 made of the same material as the absorption body 18, i.e. mineral wool or the like.
In analoger Weise können Wand- oder Deckenelemente, Bodenbeläge, Erdreichabdeckungen, Rinnensteine, Bordsteine oder ähnliche im Hoch- bzw. Tiefbau verwendbare Bauelemente ausgebildet sein.Wall or ceiling elements, floor coverings, ground coverings, gutters, curbs or similar building elements used in civil engineering can be designed in an analogous manner.
