Als Keißsiegelfolie eignet sich natürlich im einfachsten Fall eine Polyethylenfolie oder eine Folie aus einem Copolymeren des Ethylene mit anderen Alpha-Olefinen oder aber auch Mischungen aus Polyethylen und anderen verträglichen Polymeren, die als Hauptbestandteil Polyethylen enthalten. Die Heißsiegelschicht weist eine Dicke im Bereich von 40 bis 150 /um auf, bevorzugt von 50 &iacgr; bis 100 /um.
