Es ist vorteilhaft, an verschiedenen Orten ein und derselben Stadt oder Großstadt ein oder mehrere markante Ereignisse dem Publikum kundzutun, bevor die Presse dies kann. Die Vorratsbehälter sich mit einer entsprechenden Anzahl von Pumpen 16 - 19 verbunden und diese wiederum mit einer entsprechenden Anzahl Farbdüsen 20 - 23, die an einer Trommel 24 befestigt sind. Weiterhin weist die Empfangsstation die Informationstafel 2 auf, die transparent ist und die den größeren Teil der Vorderseite eines großen Flachgehäuses 25 einnimmt. Im Inneren des Flachgehäüses sind hintereinander angeordnet eine Beleuchtungstafel 26, die Tafel 10 und eine Vorrichtung 27 zum Abrollen eines Films 28 aus Transparentpapier.
