Das Klammerteil ist vorzugsweise ähnlich ausgebildet wie eines der beiden Klammerteile einer Wäscheklammer. Erfindungsgemäss kann sich das Klammerteil mit dem Federelement an jeder beliebigen Stelle des Schaftes befinden. Durch das das Klammerteil mit dem Schaft verbindende Federelement wird das Klammerteil im normalen nicht betätigten Zustand mit seinem Klemmabschnitt gegen den Schaft gedrückt. Gleichzeitig weist der Betätigungsabschnitt vom Schaft einen bestimmten Abstand auf, der durch den keilförmigen Spalt zwischen den einander zugewandten Flächen des Schaftes und des Betätigungsabschnittes gegeben ist.
