Description
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Verriegelungsbügel für eine eine Stiftleiste und eine Buchsenleiste umfassende Stekkeranordnung, insbesondere Flachkabelsteckverbindung, wobei der Verriegelungsbügel als C-förmige Klammer mit einem zur Anlage an einer der Leisten bestimmten länglichen Mittelsteg und mit an dessen Längse.den ansetzenden C-Schenkeln ausgebildet ist, die Rastelemente zum Eingriff mit Gegenrastelementen an der Steckeranordnung aufweisen.The invention relates to a locking bracket for a plug arrangement comprising a pin strip and a socket strip, in particular a flat cable plug connection, wherein the locking bracket is designed as a C-shaped clamp with an elongated central web intended for contact with one of the strips and with C-legs attached to its length, which have locking elements for engagement with counter-locking elements on the plug arrangement.
Bei Steckverbindungen der oben genannten Art, bei der die Steckeranordnung häufig eine große Anzahl von KontakteIementen aufweist, muß ein guter und dauerhafter Kontakt zwischen den Kontaktelementen gewährleistet sein. Hierzu ist ein Verriegelungsbügel der oben genannten Art aus Federstahl bekannt, der nach dem Zusammenstecken von Buchsenleiste und Stiftleiste so auf die Steckeranordnung aufgeklipst wird, daß sein Mittelsteg an der einen Leiste anliegt und an den C-Schenkeln ausgebildete Krallen in Aussparungen an der anderen Leiste eingreifen. Dadurch wird ein unbeabsichtigtes Lockern oder Lösen der Steckverbindung verhindert. Gleichzeitig hat diese Stahlklammer den Vorteil, daß sie wenig Platz beansprucht. Auf der anderen Seite benötigt man Steckverbindungen der vorstehend beschriebenen Art, die auch im Bedarfsfälle leicht wieder gelöst werden können. Dadurch kann die Buchsenleiste ohne die Zuhilfenahme von Werkzeugen aus der Stiftleiste herausgezogen werden. Dabei benötigt der erfindungsgemäße Verriegelungsbügel kaum mehr Platz als eine herkömmliche Federstahlklammer. Ein weiterer Vorzug des erfindungsgemäßen Verriegelungsbügels besteht darin, daß er als ein «ehr preiswertes'Zusatzteil zu herkömmlichen Steckeranordnungen hergestellt werden kann. Durch die Elastizität des für die Herstellung des Verriegelungsbügels 20 verwendeten Kunststoffmaterials wird das Einrasten der Vorsprünge 28 an der Buchsenleiste 16 in die Aussparungen 26 in den C-Schenkeln 24 einerseits und das Einrasten der Rastnasen 36 an den Rastklinken 34 in die Aussparungen 38 an der Steckerleiste 10 andererseits ermöglicht. Anstelle eines die Buchsenleiste 16 aufnehmenden Gehäuses weist die Stiftleiste 42 lediglich an ihren Längsenden zwei Schenkel 46 auf, in denen Aussparungen 48 vorgesehen sind, in welche beim Zusammenstecken der Stiftleiste 42 und der Buchsenleiste 16 die Rastnasen 36 der Rastklinken 34 einrasten.
