Ir Weiterbildung der ersten Ausführungsform sind am Ende des Griffteiles an die trompetenartige Vergrößerung der C-Form des Griffteiles umgebogene Grifflappen 4 angeformt, die einstückig mit dem Griffteil 1 und den Schenkeln 3 des Einhängeteiles 2 ausgeformt sind. Der Durchmesser dieser Grifflappen 4 beträgt zwischen 2o und 3o mm und ist an die unterschiedliche Form des kleinen Fingers und des Zeigefingers einer menschlichen Hand angepaßt. Der Grifflappen 4 kann in der Stirnansicht oval (Fig.6 ) oder auch eckig (Fig.7 ) ausgebildet sein.
