nachgiebig verschiebbar angebrachtes Steuerglied gesteuert.Starting device for internal combustion engines The invention relates to a starting device according to patent 709 486, in which the screw sleeve and press nut of the friction disc freewheel clutch are locked by a locking member depending on the position of the pinion until the pinion has come into engagement with the ring gear of the internal combustion engine. In the turning device according to the patent, the locking ball is controlled by a rod which is arranged within the threaded sleeve and serves to advance the pinion. The purpose of the invention is to simplify the control device for the locking member. This simplification makes the structure of the Andreli device largely independent of the control device. According to the invention, the locking member is controlled by a control member attached to the coupling nut in a resiliently displaceable manner.
The drawing shows an embodiment of the subject matter of the invention
shown in section in two different positions.
i i, der die Andrehvorrichtung antreibt. Die Ankerwelle ist in einem "Zwischenlager
12 gelagert.
In diesen Bohrungen sitzen Bolzen
In
In the two figures, io is a hollow armature shaft of an electric motor
i i, which drives the cranking device. The armature shaft is in an "intermediate store"

a friction disc clutch 15 composite gear used longitudinally displaceable.

resilient abutment 24 consisting of several spring washers are clamped.
The abutment is supported against a fixed stop 25 on the screw sleeve 14

which is coupled to the coupling shell and on a snap ring 27
that is embedded in the coupling shell. The coupling nut has in
its cylindrical part 3o longitudinal bores 31. Bolts sit in these holes
32 and sleeves 33, which can be telescoped into one another and through
a built-in spring 29 can be pushed apart. The head 34 of the bolt is supported
against the resilient abutment 24, while the sleeves 33 against a ring

The pinion in front of the thread 42 of the screw sleeve 14 is seated on its smooth part. In
The ball is held in this position by the ring 35. The ring is on its inside
provided with a ring line 44 with beveled side walls 45, which is so
that when the clutch is completely relaxed, it is next to the bore 40 and when it is fully engaged
Pinion is above the hole.
On the bearing 46, in which the screw sleeve is mounted on the outside, is a
preferably elastic ring 47 attached, on which the ring 35 runs when
the pinion is moved with the clutch. A is used to engage the pinion
Rod 48, which is firmly connected to part 18 of the coupling shell by a pin 51
is. The return spring 49 for the pinion is between a collar 5o on the engagement rod
and arranged the armature shaft. The engagement rod 48 can, for example, by a
Electromagnet are moved., Which in a known manner at the same time the drive motor
switches on in two stages, so that the motor starts slowly and only afterwards
when the pinion meshes with full force.
Die Kupplung überträgt also während
The turning device works as follows: When to engage the pinion
the rod 48 disappears in the direction of the arrow and the drive motor
i i is switched on, the rod moves the coupling shell 18, i9 in the
Armature shaft and thus at the same time also the screw sleeve resting on part 18
14 and the pinion 13 firmly connected to this, the clutch slowly moving
turns. The clutch is in the position shown in FIG.

which rests against the thread 42, is prevented from moving in the direction against the
To screw friction disks. Only the friction disc is effective on the clutch
26, on which the coupling nut rests under the pressure of the spring 29, while the
Washer is supported against snap ring 27. So the clutch transmits during

and the nose 37 of the ring 35 from the snap ring seated in the coupling nut

reached at the position mach Fig. 2, in which the pinion is fully meshed
and the annular groove 44 of the ring 35 is above the bore 40 with ball 41.
