Die Erfindung betrifft eine Verrichtung zum Ablegen oder Weiterführen von gefalzten Druckexemplaren mit einem teilweise entlang des Falzexemplarstromes geführten umlaufenden Transportsystem, an dem Druckexemplare erfassende Mittel befestigt sind.The invention relates to a device for depositing or conveying folded printed copies with a circulating transport system that is guided partially along the flow of folded copies and to which means for detecting printed copies are attached.
Aus der DE-AS 1 153 383 ist es bereits bekannt, aus einer Rotationsdruckmaschine kommende bogenförmige Produkte abzulegen, wobei mittels an einer umlaufenden Kette befestigte Greifer die Produkte erfaßt und in die entsprechenden Transportpfade geführt werden. Der Nachteil solcher Vorrichtungen besteht darin, daß es einer aufwendigen Steuermechanik bedarf, um die einzelnen an der Kette befestigten Greifer zeitgerecht zu schließen und zu öffnen. Des weiteren ist es aus der DE-OS 32 12 350 bekannt, beidseitig des Falz·^ exemplarstromes jeweils ein oberes und ein unteres umlaufendes Band zu verwenden. Die auseinanderzuziehenden Druckexemplare werden seitlich jeweils von einem Bandpaar erfaßt. Diese Aufgabe wird durch die Anwendung des kennzeichnenden Teils des Patentanspruchs 1 gelöst. Weiterbildungen ergeben sich aus den Unteransprüchen und aus der Beschreibung in Verbindung mit den Zeichnungen. Die dargestellte Vorrichtung zum Ablegen und Weiterführen von gefalzten Druckexemplaren umfaßt zwei umlaufende Systeme 1 und 2, die beidseitig des Falzexemplarstromes 3 angeordnet sind. Wie Fig. 1 in Verbindung mit Fig. 2 erkennen läßt, kommen die Falzexemplare 4, 5 in geschuppter Form äft, wobei jeweils das Fälzexemplar 4 im Falzexemplar 5 in der Weise liegt, daß das Innere, d. h. das Falzexemplar 4, bezogen auf das äußere, d. h. das Falzexemplar 5 seitlich versetzt ist, also etwas herausragt. Die beidseitig des Falzexemplarstromes 3 angeordneten Systeme 1, 2 bestehen jeweils aus zwei übereinander angeordneten, laufenden Ketten- oder Seilsystemen 6, 7; 8/9* Wie Fig. 2 erkennen läßt, ist an jedem System, hier Ketten 6, 7, 8, 9, eine Anzahl Mitnehmer 10, 11, 12, 13 an Kettengliedern 15 befestigt. Bei diesen Mitnehmern 10 bis 13, von denen jeweils in Fig. 2 an einer Kette 6 bis 9 nur eines zu sehen ist, können als Stollen bzw. Stößel oder als drehbare Rollen ausgeführt sein. Im Einlaufbereich B, C sind die übereinander liegenden, um nicht näher bezeichnete Umlenkkettenräder geführte Ketten 6, 7 bzw. 8, 9 so voneinander getrennt, so daß die ankommenden Druckexemplare 4, 5 zwischen die voneinander beabstandeten Mitnehmer 10, 11 bzw. 12, 13 einlaufen können. Lediglich in Fig. 2 ist gezeigt, wie die Kettenglieder 15 an Kettenrädern 19 bis 22 geführt sind. Dabei ist die Anordnung der Systeme 1, 2 so getroffen, daß jeweils das innere Falzexemplar, beispielsweise 4, zwischen dem Einlaufbereich B, C in voneinander beabstandete Mitnehmer 11, 13 und das äußere Falzexemplar zwischen beabstandete Mitnehmer 10, 11 gelangt. Im Bereich B^, Cj. werden dann die Ketten 6, 7 bzw. 8, 9 mittels nicht näher bezeichneter Kettenführungsräder so aneinander angestellt, daß an dieser Stelle die Mitnehmer 10/ 11 bzw. 12, 13 jeweiLs das zwischen ihnen befindliche Falzexemplar 5' bzw. 4' erfassen. In den Abschnitten B2# B3 werden dann wiederum mittels Umlenkkettenräder die oberen Kettensys teile 6, 8 nach oben und/oder die unteren Kettensysteme 7, 9 nach unten geführt, so daß sich die Mitnehmer 10, 11 bzw 12, 13 voneinander entfernen und die Falzexemplare 4" und 5" freigegeben werden. Dies wird durch eine schräge Führung der Ketten 6, 8 nach oben bzw. automatisch erreicht. Dadurch werden die auseinandergezogenen Falzexemplare 4", 5" an den Stellen 83, C3 freigegeben und gelangen in separate Bahnen 17, 18, beispielsweise in Bandsysteme, die für den Weitertransport der Falzexemplare 4", 5" sorgen.
