Description

Die Erfindung betrifft. eine weitere Ausgestaltung des Dampfumwälzverfahrens für mittelbare Dampferzeugung nach Patent 8254t7 und bezweckt die Verminderung des Leistungsbedarfs derDampf -umwälzung. Die Einrichtung für das Verfahren, das Gegenstand dieser Zusatzanmeldung ist, ist in der Zeichnung dargestellt. Sie besteht aus einem befeuerten Überhitzer i, aus einem nicht feuerberührten Verdampfer 2, der über eine Heizfläche 3 mit Heißdampf beheizt wird, und aus der Umwälzeinrichtung 4. Der vom Überhitzer i kommende Heißdampf wird der Heizschlange 3 des Verdampfers 2 zugeführt. Während nach dem Hauptpatent der Entnahmedampf 'hinter dem Überhitzer abgezweigt wird, wird er hier hinter der Heizschlange 3, also vor der Umwälzeinrichtung abgezweigt und entweder als Sattdampf verwendet oder im gesonderten Überhitzer 6 nochmals überhitzt. Der im Verdampfer 2 erzeugte Naßdampf hat einen höheren Druck als der Dampf im Überhitzer i und kann in bereits bekannter `Vei.se nach Abb. I in der Strahlpumpe 4 entspannt werden und den Umwälzdampf bewegen oder nach Abb. II in einer Turbine 5 entspannt werden und die Umwälzpumpe .4 antreiben. Gegenüber -dem Hauptpatent ergibt sich bei der vorliegenden Erfindung der Vorteil, daß die Menge des Umwälzdampfes um die Entnahmemenge vermindert und entsprechend die Pumpenleistung verringert wird. Ferner ergibt die Anlage nach Abb. II den Vorteil, daß das Druckgefälle zwischen Verdampfer und Überhitzer vermindert wird dadurch, daß an Stelle der Strahlpumpe einTurbopumpensatz eingesetzt wird, dessen Wirkungsgrad besser ist als der der Strählpumpe; denn der Wirkungsgrad der Strählpumpe ist an sich nicht sehr hoch und sinkt stark ab, wenn das Mengenverhältnis vom getriebenen zum treibenden Dampf ansteigt.The invention relates to. another embodiment of the steam circulation process for indirect steam generation according to patent 8254t7 and aims to reduce the Power requirement of the steam circulation.
