Description

Der Erfindung liegt eine Strangpresse zugrunde, auf der mit Hilfe eines am Preßstempel angeordneten oder eines durch diesen hindurchgeführten Dornes Hohlprofile gepreßt werden. Vor Beginn der Pressung wird der Dorn in die Matrize eingeführt, er bildet so den formenden Durchflußquerschnitt. Neben der Herstellung von zylindrischen Hohlkörpern, Rohren werden auf ein und derselben Presse Hohlkörper hergestellt, deren Querschnittsformen (Profile) je nach Anforderung wechseln. Die Werkzeuge, Dorn und Matrize, müssen jeweils ausgewechselt und genau zueinander einzentriert werden. Diese Einzentrierung bietet beim Pressen von Rohren keine besonderen Schwierigkeiten, weil es hier lediglich darauf ankommt, Dorn und Matrize in achsgleiche Anordnung zueinander zu bringen. Bei Profilpressungen müssen Matrize und Preßstempel außer in die achsgleiche Lage auch in die gleiche Winkelstellung hinsichtlich des Profils gebracht werden. Diese betriebstechnische Notwendigkeit erschwerte die Einzentrierung der Werkzeuge bisher sehr. Die Genaueinstellung derselben wird auf Grund des Ausfalls der Erstpressungen vorgenommen. Das machte bisher die Freilegung der Matrize erforderlich, um ihre Nacheinstellung durchführen ztt können. Diesem Nachteil begegnet die Erfindung in ein- fachster «'eise dadurch, daß die \latrize bzw. ihr Träger drehbeweglich eingesetzt und mit einem Drehantrieb versehen ist. Eine Bauform der I:rtindung ist in der Zeich- nung dargestellt. In dieser ist mit i die Matrize und mit ? ihre Fassung bezeichnet. Diese ist 1ü dem Zwischenstück 3 des llaltei-s d eingesetzt.
