Description

Process for the production of fibrous panels provided with a hard covering to increase the stability It is known to use fiber boards with covering layer on different material, like "Cement and similar materials, manufacture, do that Panels have a greater stability and for building to give a better sense of purpose to certain purposes, especially where there is an afterthought Wants to do without plastering with mortar. What was not taken into account, however, was the knew the use of dinin plates that this to a high degree waterproof, rot-free and thermal must be mitenfest. Subject of the invention is the production of a building board from wood and other vegetable fibers that have a continuous Experience bitunification, so that no putrefaction pathogens, fungi, etc. which adversely affect the Impact inventory of the building board, develop can. In addition, surcharges are being scanned Protective agent against Thermiten- iin <l other in- sektcnfrar # e included. On the fiber board finished in this way a pavement is used as a hard surface layer in the flowing procedure applied, poured or painted on, For example, made of plaster with additives from Idolz- fiber cement, defibrator material, wood pulp, wood flour etc. These wood fiber materials are stuM with the addition of I> henolhaltigen cim- stoke and hardeners, e.g. 13. Synthetic resin, N- rpr-ä- parried, whereby at the same time a learned _ \ hbinduiig the plaster (leak layer is achieved. l'1.rr-ch a surcharge full @ I @ i-eil) iiiittelii disfigure i-: clem Klag pores that bring the weight down 'me <1a13 the stability <ier I'lattc \ especially l in is triumphant. This measure increases the thermal insulation. Basically, the above-described type of construction of the neo-like building board is not only intended to achieve a high level of thermal insulation, but also to accelerate the working method in the execution of buildings, the production of walls, ceilings and the like, in that the joints can be grouted with the same mass of which the covering is made and therefore subsequent plastering of the panels is no longer necessary, rather the direct application of wallpaper and water and oil paints can be carried out without hindrance.

This covering plate is largely fire-retardant and through seamless laying is an excellent building material.
