Bei dieser sind auf dem mit Liegeflächen versehenen Couchgestell zwei halbe, mit den sich auf den Boden abstützenden Seitenteilen verbundene weitere Liegeflächen angeordnet, die mit den Seitenteilen um je einen in der Mitte der Couchkante liegenden senkrechten Bolzen schwenkbar angeordnet sind, so daß die Seitenteile in der Bettstellung die Fußteile bilden. Diese Couch kann tatsächlich ohne Wegrücken des Couchgestelles mit ein paar Handgriffen bequem und mühelos in ein Doppelbett bzw. auch ein einfaches Bett verwandelt werden. Dabei sind die Couchpolster so vorgesehen und bemessen, daß diese bei der Umwandlung die gesamte für das Doppelbett erforderliche Polsterung ergeben. Die Einzelheiten der Erfindung sind im folgenden an Hand von in der Zeichnung dargestellten Ausführungsbeispielen näher erläutert. Diese sind bei der Ausführung nach der Erfindung nicht mit dem Bettkasten verbunden, sondern selbständig und stützen sich mit Füßen 5 auf dem Boden ab. Diese Seitenteile sind mit je einer halben Sitz- und Liegefläche 6 fest verbunden. Da das gezeigte Couchgestell aus Holz mit Stahlrohrrahmenverkleidung 7 und 8 für Seitenteile und Rückenlehne besteht, so bestehen auch die Sitz- und Liegeflächen 6 aus einem Holzrahmen mit Roststäben 9. Bettcouch nach Anspruch i, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Couchgestell als Bettkasten (i) ausgebildet und durch zwei versenkt angeordnete Liegeflächen (i3) abgedeckt ist, die herausnehmbar und unter den herausschwenkbaren Sitz- und Liegeflächen (6) angeordnet sind. 3. Bettcouch aus Holz nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Liegeflächen (i3) so ausgebildet sind, daß sie herausgenommen und um 9o° gedreht, auf den Bettkasten (i) so aufgelegt werden können, daß sie mit den herausgeschwenkten Sitz- und Liegeflächen (6) in einer Ebene liegen. Bettcouch nach Anspruch i, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß je eine Verriegelungseinrichtung (i i, 12) vorgesehen ist, die die herausgeschwenkten Sitz- und Liegeflächen (6) am Couchgestell verriegelt. 5. Bettcouch nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verriegelungseinrichtung aus einem senkrechten, zweckmäßigerweise federbelasteten Bolzen (i i) besteht, der je am Ende der Couchvorderkante in eine entsprechende Bohrung (i2) selbsttätig einschnappt. 6. Bettcouch nach Anspruch i, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die leerausschwenkbaren Sitz-und Liegeflächen (6) sowie auch die darunter befindlichen Liegeflächen (13) mit zweckmäßigerweise aushängbaren Gurten (25) aus Stahldrahtgeflecht o. dgl. bespannt sind. 7. Bettcouch nach Anspruch i gekennzeichnet durch zwei in ihrer Größe den Sitz- und Liegeflächen entsprechende Auflegepolster (i4) und vier Rückenpolster (i5, i6), die zusammen mit den Armlehnkopfpolstern (i7) die gesamte erforderliche Polsterung des Doppelbetts ergeben.
