Description

Die Neuerung betrifft eine medizinische Polsterbinde zur ünterpolsterung von Stützverbänden. Derartige Binden werden vor dem Anlegen des Stützverbandes auf das betreffende Körperteil des Patienten gebracht. Die Polsterbinden müssen daher bequem handhabbar, wasser- und verrottungsbeständig, hautsympathisch und luftdurchlässig sein und eine gute Polsterwirkung haben. Es wurde gefunden, daß diese Anforderungen nach der Neuerung in idealer Weise durch ein vollsynthetisches Vlies erfüllt werden, das mindestens aus zwei Schichten mit stark unterschiedlicher Faserstärke besteht. Vorteilhaft ist dabei die eine Schicht aus feinen Fasern mit einer Faserstärke 1,7 bis 3,3 dtex aufgebaut, während die andere Schicht aus groben, stark gekräuselten Fasern mit einer Faserstärke von 11 bis 25 dtex besteht.The innovation concerns a medical padding for padding support bandages.
