Beim Verpressen von Kunstharzkörpern, insbesondere solchen, die aus mit Phenolharz getränkten Faserstoffbahnen bestehen und bei denen das Pressen in heißem Zustand erfolgt, hat sich gezeigt, daß ein Ankleben der Kunstharzkörper an dem Formenteil kaum verhindert werden kann. Nian hat zu diesem Zweck den Kunstharzen bereits Fettstoffe, Wachse od. dgl. schon bei der Aufbereitung zugesetzt; jedoch war beim Verpressen der mit derart vorbehandeltem Kunstharz getränkten Faserstoffbahnen der geschilderte Nachteil nicht behoben. Auch das Einfetten der Formenteile mit Paraffin od. dgl. hatte nicht die gewünschte Wirkung gezeigt und sich außerdem, da ein genaues Bemessen der für das Lösen des Kunstharzkörpers von der Form gerade noch ausreichende Fettmenge nicht möglich ist, beim Härten der Kunststoffe nachteilig, insbesondere verzögernd, ausgewirkt. Aus dem gleichen Grund hatte sich auch das Aufspritzen eines Formenschmiermittels und das Aufbringen eines Cadmiumüberzuges auf die Preßflächen nicht bewährt. Schließlich hatte man auch nicht imprägnierte Saugpapiere zwischen dem eigentlichen Kunststoffkörper und dem betreffenden Formteil vorgesehen; aber auch diese Maßnahme konnte ein Ankleben des Kunstharzkörpers an den Formteil nicht hindern.
