Resin Press The invention relates to a resin press having a plurality of
one behind the other crank drives through which the press slide is idle with
maximum speed can be advanced and the surcharge of the ram
followed smoothly on the initially dry molding compound and from this point on
the further movement of the punch exactly to the yielding of the one in the aforementioned form
gradually soften Aen molding compound is adapted to the printing end position. In this
The molds remain in position under the maximum pressure until the solidification of the
Stand pressed. The return of the ram is then accelerated again
executed up to the starting position. A big advantage at. the resin press
according to the invention is that for the idle about 45 ° and for the press gear
about z35 ° of the available hand lever path and thus also the most favorable pressing time
is achieved. These work processes are necessary in order to achieve perfect quality
and uniformity of the compact, with the most vexschzeden forms.
and sizes of the compacts as well as the characteristics of the molding compound must be taken into account,
because here in each case the pressing time must be changed within wide limits and thus
the drive of the press must also be set up to be adjustable to the same extent.
It is essential in the synthetic resin press according to the invention that each
the most favorable final pressure can also be set for the most varied of compacts
can, so that the same from the feeling of the operating worker or from the rigidity
of the drive is independent.
It is true that presses have already become known with which this task
, should be released, with a slip clutch or compression spring on the drive
is arranged. However, these means have the disadvantage that they are not constant
Have pressure, so that they are not suitable for continuous operation because of the
Wear of which no constant regulation of the press ram is possible. These
Disadvantages - are avoided according to the invention by the fact that in front of the one behind the other
oscillating crank drives a gear made of cam gears is arranged.
i i mit dem Kniehebel io verbunden.
An exemplary embodiment is shown in the drawing. The known punch slide 3 moves in the two guides r, 2 of the press and is connected to the two-armed lever 6 on one side in an articulated manner by the connecting rod 5 which is adjustable in the nut 4. The other end of the lever is articulated with the coupled toggle linkage 7, 8, 9 and ro. The two toggle linkages, ge make a back and forth oscillating movement that starts from the shaft 13 and is transmitted by the cam gears 1 13 12 during the forward and reverse movement of the carriage. The cam gear 12 is firmly connected to the shaft 13 and the cam gear ii is connected to the toggle lever io. The cam gears i 1, 12 are designed on the circumference in such a way that the ram is driven from slow to speed during the idling time and from fast to slow with the short pressing path of the ram. Both toggle linkages 7, 8 and g, 1o are set up in such a way that they also drive from slow to fast during the idling time and from fast to slow during the pressing time, so that through the two periods there is a threefold increase in the punch speed first and then the Pressing forces is achieved. In the final printing position, both toggle linkages are ge, but at least the linkage 7, 8, in the dead center position, ie in the locked position with respect to the forces acting back from the press slide. The figure shows the engine approximately in the middle stroke position of the press slide. In the embodiment according to the drawing, the pair of hand levers 1q., 15 is attached to the shaft 13 above the machine body; the shorter lever 14 is used in idle mode and the longer lever 1 5 during pressing. The special design of the cam gears ii, 12 in connection with the toggle linkage ensures that the path of the press ram is accelerated in the idle time, and further that the arrangement of the adjustable connecting rod sets the press pressure for the most varied designs of the pressed parts « -can earth.
