Description
Device for conveying dusty material by air from the storage container into the containers of use from bunkers When conveying powdery material Bunkering at the consumption points by means of suction air often shows the inconvenience, that the goods lying in the bunker are bad because of a certain tendency to bake slides, creating bridges and nests. One has therefore already means A special blower compressed air into the lower part of the bunker through built-in there Nozzles are blown into the material to ensure that it slides down. The invention exists now in the fact that one can achieve the overall effect of the promotion and whirling up with a unitary fan produces by its suction side in the usual Way to the dust collector of the container, but its pressure side to a LoosenerLUlgsclüse is connected in the lower part of the storage bunker. To this With the simplest means, wise one becomes very effective and not subject to any stagnation Conveying the dust, avoiding. Dust losses with the escaping Air achieved. It is already known per se, in the case of pure compressed air delivery to divide the compressed air flow by directing a partial flow into a loosening nozzle directs the other, larger one; used to promote itself. But here it is insufficient protection against the escape of dusty air from the container, so that this device is not sufficient for very fine-grained goods. Even the known ones Compressed air nozzles attached to the bottom of a silo to deliver its contents into a Emptying the container underneath does not take into account the fact that - That the air drawn off in the upper part of the container is still dusty, so that in order to collect the dust, a special dust collector should be connected and. the dust would be returned to the use container. The arrangement according to the invention caused by a closed ring line, into which - the partly sucking, partly depressing blower is switched on, the transfer of the dust, the commotion same in the lower part of the bunker and the * Return of the exhaust air, which still contains small dust particles, to the bunker.
The drawing represents an embodiment of the inventive concept The stored goods contained in the storage bunker a are b ünd through the suction nozzle the conveying line b 'transferred into the dust separator c, from dvem it "through a Airtight built underneath (, Aüstragschleuse and a conveyor belt in a known manner is fed to the point of consumption. The vacuum is generated by the fan e, that sucks the air freed from dust from the dust separator c. .The on from the pressure side of the blower; instead of the usual air, air is now released one free; according to the invention in a lower funnel-shaped bunker part enclosing Ring channel f passed. It then occurs through suitable nozzles g, preferably Rin, slot nozzles into the material to be conveyed. The pressure in this ring channel can thereby be regulated that opens in the opposite to the inlet side of the blower air Side an air outlet pipe is connected, which a control flap i or the like. contains. Since below the nozzle b at the deepest point of the bunker there is generally still negative pressure prevails, an intake connection k for fresh air can be attached at this point, which then also has a disturbing effect when it occurs. This way becomes a Part of the air circulated in the circuit that can be discharged into the open, supplemented by fresh air. The control flap i can in this case finitely one in this Fi-ischluftkanal built-in control flap l inevitably be connected to a to undertake common regulation.
In the suction line between suction pump and dust separator can an air filter, not shown, must be switched on.
