Rundsterilisator Es ist bekannt, Sterilisationsapparate für Gefäßre,
sog.
Circular sterilizer It is known to use sterilizers for vessels,
So-called round sterilizers, with one approximately to the bottom of the pressed vessels
the hood reaching down to prevent any escaping sterilization
Gas through this hood and induced draft fan connected to its outlet into the
Free to lead. It is also known to use a filling bell for the vessels in the sterilizer
to use, due to which small errors in the vascular mouth overlooked during the test
escaping small amounts of sterilizing gas retained in the filling bell
will. When the following vessel is pressed, the mixture escapes
sterilizing gas and air from the filling bell into the hood, from where it is with
is sucked off.
According to the invention, so that the gas-air mixture located in the filling bell e, which flows down when the following vessel is pressed, is not prevented from passing into the hood s when the draft occurs, which can cause nuisance and damage to the health of the operating personnel, also the filling bell e is connected to the hood suction. In order to make this possible, the plate a carrying the distribution elements c is double-walled so that it forms a cavity and the distribution elements c on the edge of the upper plate b; the filling bells e are connected to the edge of the lower plate d concentrically to the distribution members c, so that the contents of the filling bell e can be sucked off through the cavity. For this purpose, the upper plate b ends in a nozzle-shaped manner in a suction pipe connected to it, which is provided with a cylindrical extension l after the nozzle k, into which the discharges o coming from the distributing elements c open, so that the discharged gases, such as Air, sterilizing gas and blown air are all fed into this space L and the outlets of the lines o into the Rauml are designed so that they exert a suction effect on the air discharged from the nozzle k. Around the suction pipe is the. Inlet and outlet ring for the sterilizing gases and the blown air are arranged. The Ausblaserohrm itself is led into the hood discharge r, with -between hood discharge r and Ausblaserrohr in a Schieberver circuit. t is arranged, by means of which the amount of air sucked through the hood s can be adjusted from the outside. That by di ,. Filling bell e, coming from the distributor organ, concentric exhaust pipe f is provided with the known sliding centering funnel ä, on which, according to the invention, a flange lt of slightly smaller diameter than the filling bell e is formed, which is attached when sliding down onto one at the end of the filling bell e inner ring ht and in this way closes the filling bell e when the vessel is withdrawn. This prevents large amounts of air from being drawn in through the empty filling bell, which would interfere with the way the device works, as well as the arrangement of the flange on the centering funnel - air suction through the filling bell when the container is present due to the small difference between the diameter of the flange and the diameter the filling bell is limited in quantity.

At the edge of the upper plate b, the distribution elements e, and the filling bells e on the lower plate d, are arranged concentrically to the distribution elements c. The distribution members c are provided with an exhaust pipe f and a centering funnel g sliding on it. At the lower end of the filling bell e, an inner ring lt is arranged, on which a flange i formed on the centering funnel ä rests as a stop when sliding down and closes the filling bell. The upper plate b is provided with a concentric nozzle k, which opens into .einem enlarged cylindrical space of the suction pipe. The discharges o coming from the distribution members c are connected to the wall it of the expanded cylindrical space l. They open into an outlet piece p which is shaped and arranged at the level of the mouth of the nozzle k that the emerging gases exert a suction effect on the air emerging from the nozzle. The supply and discharge ring g for the sterilizing gas and the blown air is arranged around the suction pipe. The sterilizing gas enters the bottle through supply line ta via supply and discharge ring g as well as distribution elements c and is expelled again by the air entering via supply line t °, supply and discharge ring g and distribution elements c. Both the expelled sterilizing gas and the air emerge through the discharge lines o from the bottle, which is provided at the outlet end with the nozzles p, through which a suction effect is exerted on the air emerging from the concentric nozzle k. The suction pipe m is led into the discharge pipe r of the hood s surrounding the sterilizer to approximately the floor level of the pressed bottle, with a slide valve t being attached between the suction pipe in and discharge pipe r, through which the amount of air sucked through the hood s can be regulated from the outside. The suction fan connected to the discharge pipe, the discharge of which leads into the open air, is not shown.
