Auf Grund dieser Feststellungen wurde nun gefunden, daß man k-Strophanthin, Theophyllin, und Traubenzucker enthaltende wäßrige Lösungen, die sowohl haltbar als auch eine für Injektionszwecke geeignete Konzentration aufweisen, dadurch herstellen kann, daß man die zu lösenden Stoffe unter Zusatz von thera- peutisch verwertbaren Salzen der aromatischen Oxysä Uren finit aliphatischen Aminen inWasser, löst. Die erhaltene Lösung reagiert schwadti@;. sauer. Als geeignete lösungsvermittelnde Salze kommen in erster Linie diejenigen der Oxy- benzoesäuren, besonders der in-Oxybenzoe- säure oder der 1-)'-Resorcylsäure in Frage. Als basische Komponente wird vorzugsweise lloneätlianclaniiii, Di:ithanolainin oder :@tliv- lendiamin verwendet. Es können auch mehrere lösuagsvermittelnde Salze nebeneinänder ver- wendet «erden. ErJinduiigsgemiiß läßt sich eine Lösung, die, wie oben angegeben, 0,25 mg k-Strophanthin, o,#, g Theophyllin und i g Traubenzucker in 5 ecici in destilliertem Wasser enthält, her- stellen, indem man die zti lösenden Bestand- teile unter Zusatz von 0,912 g 111-oxvbenzoe- saurem Diäthanolamin löst. Eine solche Lösung ist haltbar in bezug auf ihre thera- peutische Wirkung und neigt nicht zum Kri- stallisieren, so daß sie leicht gehandhabt wer- dun kann. Das zugesetzte ni-oxybenzoesaure Diäthanolamin hat außer der lösungsvermit- telliden Eigenschaft auch noch eine herztoni- sierende Wirkung, die eine solche Lösung von der nur ni-()xvbenzoesätire enthaltenden vor- teilhaft unterscheidet. Die Mengen an Salzen aromatischer Säuren mit aliphatischen Aminen müssen derart ge- wählt werden, dalz ihre lösungsvermittelnde Wirkung erfüllt wird. Die in dieser Weise bereiteten Lösungen reagieren schwach sauer und haben vorzugsweise einen pH-Wert von 6.o bis 6,9.
