Description
- Diese Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Verfahren zum Erzeugen von unter erhöhtem Druck stehendem gasförmigem Sauerstoff gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.
- Sauerstoff wird kommerziell in großen Mengen durch die Tieftemperaturrektifikation von Einsatzluft hergestellt, die im allgemeinen das wohlbekannte Doppelkolonnensystem verwendet, indem Produktsauerstoff von der unter niedrigerem Druck arbeitenden Kolonne entnommen wird. Zu bestimmten Zeiten kann es erwünscht sein, Sauerstoff bei einem Druck zu erzeugen, der den Sauerstoffdruck übersteigt, wenn dieser von der unter niedrigerem Druck arbeitenden Kolonne entnommen wird. In solchen Fällen kann gasförmiger Sauerstoff auf den erwünschten Druck verdichtet werden. Allerdings es hinsichtlich der Kapitalkosten im allgemeinen bevorzugt, Sauerstoff als Flüssigkeit von der unter niedrigerem Druck arbeitenden Kolonne zu entfernen, ihn auf einen höheren Druck zu pumpen und anschließend den unter Druck stehenden flüssigen Sauerstoff zu verdampfen, um das erwünschte unter erhöhtem Druck stehende Produktsauerstoffgas zu erzeugen.
- Der unter Druck stehende flüssige Sauerstoff wird gegen ein unter Druck stehendes Arbeitsfluid verdampft, das dann in die Tieftemperatur-Rektifikationsanlage eingeleitet wird. Das Arbeitsfluid ist von dem für den Wärmeaustausch erforderlichen Druck auf den Druck gedrosselt, den die Anlage erfordert. Dies führt aufgrund der thermodynamischen Irreversibilität des Drosselschrittes zu einem Energieverlust. Es wäre erwünscht, mindestens einen Teil der verlorenen Arbeit wiederzugewinnen, die mit der Drosselung des unter Druck stehenden Arbeitsfluids auf den von der Tieftemperatur-Rektifikationsanlage erforderlichen Druck verbunden ist.
- Ein Verfahren gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1 ist aus EP-0 577 349 A1 und GB-A-2 251 931 bekannt, wobei das sich aus der Turboexpansion ergebende Arbeitsfluid gasförmig ist.
- Dementsprechend besteht eine Aufgabe dieser Erfindung in der Bereitstellung eines Tieftemperatur- Rektifikationssystems, das unter erhöhtem Druck stehenden gasförmigen Sauerstoff durch die Verdampfung von unter Druck stehendem flüssigem Sauerstoff gegen ein unter Druck stehendes Arbeitsfluid erzeugen kann, während mindestens ein Teil der verlorenen Arbeit wiedergewonnen wird, wenn das unter Druck stehende Arbeitsfluid auf einen Druck expandiert wird, der für die Tieftemperatur-Rektifikationsanlage geeignet ist.
- Die obigen und weitere Aufgaben, die sich dem Fachmann aus dieser Beschreibung ergeben, werden durch die vorliegende Erfindung gelöst, die in Anspruch 1 definiert ist.
- Wie hier verwendet beziehen sich die Begriffe "Turboexpansion" bzw. "Turboexpander" auf ein Verfahren bzw. eine Vorrichtung zum Strömen von Hochdruckfluid durch eine Turbine zur Reduzierung des Drucks und der Temperatur des Fluids, wodurch Kälte erzeugt wird.
- Wie hier verwendet, bezeichnet der Begriff "Kolonne" eine Destillations- oder Fraktionierkolonne oder - zone, d.h. eine Kontaktkolonne oder -zone, in der flüssige und dampfförmige Phasen im Gegenstrom in Kontakt gebracht werden, um eine Trennung eines Fluidgemisches zu bewirken, z.B. indem die dampfförmige und die flüssige Phase an einer Reihe von vertikal in Abstand innerhalb der Kolonne angebrachten Böden oder Platten und/oder an Packungselementen in Kontakt gebracht werden, bei denen es sich entweder um strukturierte oder nicht strukturierte Packungselemente handelt. Für eine weitere Beschreibung von Destillationskolonnen sei verwiesen auf das "Chemical Engineers' Handbook", fünfte Ausgabe, herausgegeben von R.H. Perry und C.H. Chilton, McGraw-Hill Book Company, New York, Abschnitt 13, "Destillation", B.D. Smith et, al., Seite 13-3, The Continuous Distillation Process. Der Begriff der Doppelkolonne wird hier so benutzt, dass er eine bei einem höheren Druck arbeitende Kolonne bezeichnet, deren oberes Ende in einer Wärmeaustauschbeziehung mit dem unteren Ende einer bei einem niedrigeren Druck arbeitenden Kolonne steht. Eine nähere Beschreibung von Doppelkolonnen erscheint in Ruheman "The Separation of Gases", Oxford University Press, 1949, Kapitel VII, Commercial Air Separation.
- Trennverfahren mit Dampf-/Flüssigkeitskontakt sind abhängig von den Dampfdrücken der Komponenten. Die Komponente mit dem hohen Dampfdruck (oder die flüchtigere oder niedrigsiedende Komponente) wird dazu neigen, sich in der Dampfphase zu konzentrieren, wohingegen die Komponente mit dem niedrigeren Dampfdruck (oder die weniger flüchtige oder hochsiedende Komponente) dazu neigen wird, sich in der flüssigen Phase zu konzentrieren. Partielle Kondensation ist das Trennverfahren, bei dem die Kühlung eines Dampfgemisches benutzt werden kann, um die flüchtige(n) Komponente(n) in der Dampfphase und dadurch die weniger flüchtige(n) Komponente(n) in der flüssigen Phase zu konzentrieren. Rektifikation oder kontinuierliche Destillation ist das Trennverfahren, das aufeinanderfolgende partielle Verdampfungen und Kondensationen kombiniert, wie sie durch eine Gegenstrombehandlung der dampfförmigen und flüssigen Phasen erzielt werden. Das Inkontaktbringen der dampfförmigen und flüssigen Phasen im Gegenstrom ist adiabatisch und kann einen integralen oder differenziellen Kontakt zwischen den Phasen beinhalten. Trennverfahrensanordnungen, welche die Prinzipien der Rektifikation zum Trennen von Gemischen benutzen, werden oft als Rektifikationskolonnen, Destillationskolonnen oder Fraktionierkolonnen bezeichnet, wobei diese Begriffe untereinander ausgetauscht werden können. Die Tieftemperaturrektifikation ist ein Rektifikationsverfahren, das mindestens teilweise bei Temperaturen bei oder unter 150ºKelvin (K) ausgeführt wird.
- Wie hier verwendet bezieht sich der Begriff "indirekter Wärmeaustausch" auf das Verbringen von zwei Fluidströmen in eine Wärmeaustauschbeziehung ohne jeglichen physikalischen Kontakt oder Vermischung der Fluide miteinander.
- Wie hier benutzt, bezeichnet der Begriff "Luftzerlegungsanlage" eine Anlage, in der Einsatzluft mittels Tieftemperaturrektifikation zerlegt wird und die eine Verbindungsausrüstung wie z.B. Leitungen, Pumpen, Ventile und Wärmetauscher aufweist.
- Wie hier verwendet beziehen sich die Begriffe "oberer Teil" und "unterer Teil" einer Kolonne auf diejenigen Teile, die über bzw. unter dem Mittelpunkt der Kolonne liegen.
- Wie hier verwendet beziehen sich die Begriffe "flüssiger Sauerstoff" bzw. "gasförmiger Sauerstoff" auf eine Flüssigkeit bzw. ein Gas mit einer Sauerstoffkonzentration gleich oder größer als 50 Molprozent.
- Wie hier verwendet beziehen sich die Begriffe "flüssiger Stickstoff" bzw. "gasförmiger Stickstoff" auf eine Flüssigkeit bzw. ein Gas mit einer Stickstoffkonzentration gleich oder größer als 80 Molprozent.
- Wie hier verwendet bezieht sich der Begriff "Einsatzluft" auf ein hauptsächlich Stickstoff und Sauerstoff aufweisendes Gemisch wie z.B. Umgebungsluft.
- Wie hier verwendet bezieht sich der Begriff "verdampft" auf den Übergang von der Flüssigkeits- in die Dampfphase, wenn das Fluid unter seinem kritischen Druck vorliegt, und auf eine Übergangserwärmung, wenn sich das Fluid auf oder über seinem kritischen Druck befindet.
- Fig. 1 ist eine schematische Darstellung einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform der Erfindung.
- Fig. 2 ist eine schematische Darstellung einer weiteren bevorzugten Ausführungsform der Erfindung, die sich als besonders vorteilhaft erweist, wenn flüssiges Produkt zusätzlich zu dem unter erhöhtem Druck stehenden gasförmigen Produkt erwünscht ist.
- Fig. 3 ist eine graphische Darstellung der Vorteile der Erfindung im Vergleich zur konventionellen Praxis, die eine Joule-Thompson-Ventilexpansion verwendet.
- Die Erfindung weist die Zweiphasen-Turboexpansion von unter Druck stehendem Arbeitsfluid auf, nachdem dieses zum Verdampfen von gepumptem flüssigem Sauerstoff in einem Produktaufkocher verwendet worden ist und bevor es in die Kolonnen der Tieftemperatur-Rektifikationsanlage eingespeist wird. Es ist möglich, ein unterkühltes Hochdruckarbeitsfluid zu expandieren, ohne irgendeine Phasenveränderung zu bewirken. Allerdings wird die Erzeugung von Kälte und Arbeit durch den Turboexpander in großem Umfang erhöht, wenn eine Phasenveränderung in dem Turboexpander auftritt.
- Die Erfindung wird ausführlich mit Bezug auf die Zeichnungen beschrieben. Mit Bezugnahme auf Fig. 1 wird Einsatzluft 100 in einem Kompressor 10 auf einen Druck in dem Bereich von 4,48 bis 5,86 bar (65 bis 85 pound pro inch² (absolut (psia)) verdichtet, und eine sich ergebende Einsatzluft 101 wird in einem Reiniger 11 von hochsiedenden Verunreinigungen wie z.B. Kohlendioxid, Wasserdampf und Kohlenwasserstoffen gesäubert. Gesäuberte, verdichtete Einsatzluft 102 wird in einen ersten Teil 103, der von 60 bis 80% der Einsatzluft 100 enthält, und in einen zweiten Teil 104 aufgeteilt, der von 20 bis 40% der Einsatzluft 100 enthält. Der Strom 103 wird mittels Durchleiten durch einen Hauptwärmetauscher 13 gegen Rückführströme gekühlt, und ein sich ergebender gekühlter Strom 112 wird in die Tieftemperatur- Rektifikationsanlage eingespeist. In der in Fig. 1 illustrierten Ausführungsform weist die Tieftemperatur- Rektifikationsanlage eine Doppelkolonne mit einer unter höherem Druck arbeitenden Kolonne 16 auf, die bei einem Druck in dem Bereich von 4,14 bis 5,52 bar (60 bis 80 psia) betrieben wird, und eine unter niedrigerem Druck arbeitende Kolonne 18, die bei einem Druck betrieben wird, der geringer als derjenige der unter höherem Druck arbeitenden Kolonne 16 ausfällt und in dem Bereich von 1,03 bis 1,72 bar (15 bis 25 psia) liegt. In der in Fig. 1 illustrierten Ausführungsform wird der Strom 112 mit dem Abfluss von dem Zweiphasen-Turboexpander 14 kombiniert, und ein kombinierter Strom 108 wird in die unter höherem Druck arbeitende Kolonne 16 eingespeist. Falls erwünscht, kann ein Teil 110 des Stroms 103 vor dem vollständigen Durchlauf durch den Hauptwärmetauscher 13 abgezogen, zur Erzeugung eines turboexpandierten Stroms 111 durch einen Turboexpander 15 turboexpandiert, und in die unter niedrigerem Druck arbeitende Kolonne 18 eingeleitet werden.
- In der in Fig. 1 illustrierten Ausführungsform bildet der Strom 104 das Arbeitsfluid, das zum Verdampfen des unter Druck stehenden flüssigen Sauerstoffs verwendet wird. Der Strom 104 wird durch einen Kompressor 12 auf einen Druck in dem Bereich von 6,89 bis 82,7 bar (100 bis 1200 psia) verdichtet, und ein sich ergebender unter Druck stehender Arbeitsfluidstrom 105 wird in den Hauptwärmetauscher oder Produktaufkocher 13 eingespeist, wo er durch indirekten Wärmeaustausch mit verdampfendem, unter Druck stehendem flüssigem Sauerstoff gekühlt wird. Vorzugsweise wird das unter Druck stehende Arbeitsfluid auf einen gerade unter seiner Sättigungstemperatur liegenden Wert abgekühlt, wenn es unter seinem kritischen Druck unter Druck gesetzt wird, und es wird auf seine kritische Temperatur abgekühlt, wenn es über seinem kritischen Druck unter Druck gesetzt wird. Das Arbeitsfluid wird gekühlt, so dass es durch den Wärmeaustausch mit dem verdampfenden flüssigen Sauerstoff kondensiert wird, wenn das Arbeitsfluid unterhalb seines kritischen Drucks unter Druck gesetzt wird. Wenn das Arbeitsfluid über seinem kritischen Druck unter Druck gesetzt wird, tritt keine deutliche Phasenänderung auf. In solchen Fällen wird das Arbeitsfluid vorzugsweise auf eine Temperatur nahe seiner kritischen Temperatur abgekühlt.
- Das gekühlte unter Druck stehende Arbeitsfluid wird von dem Hauptwärmetauscher 13 bei oder unmittelbar vor dem kalten Ende dieses Wärmetauschers abgezogen und als Strom 106 in den Zweiphasen- Turboexpander 14 eingespeist, wo es turboexpandiert wird, um ein Zweiphasen-Arbeitsfluid 107 auszubilden. Der Zweiphasen-Turboexpander 14 weist einen derartigen Durchflussweg auf, dass bei der Ausbildung von Dampf nach der Expansion Arbeit durch die weitere Expansion dieses Dampfs geleistet wird. Der Zweiphasen-Turboexpander unterscheidet sich insofern von einem konventionellen einphasigen Turboexpander, als dass die Querschnittsfläche für den Durchfluss in dem Turboexpanderrad auf eine signifikant größere Rate erhöht ist, um sich an den großen Zuwachs in dem volumetrischem Durchfluss für das Zweiphasen-Fluid anzupassen.
- Die Dampffraktion des Zweiphasen-Arbeitsfluids 107 liegt in dem Bereich von 10 bis 50 Molprozent und vorzugsweise in dem Bereich von 15 bis 30 Molprozent. Die flüssige Fraktion des Zweiphasen-Arbeitsfluids 107 liegt in dem Bereich von 50 bis 90 Molprozent und vorzugsweise in dem Bereich von 70 bis 85 Molprozent. Das Zweiphasen-Arbeitsfluid 107 wird in den unteren Teil der unter höherem Druck arbeitenden Kolonne 16 eingeleitet. In der in Fig. 1 illustrierten Ausführungsform wird das Zweiphasen- Arbeitsfluid 107 mit dem Hauptteil der Einsatzluft kombiniert, um den kombinierten Strom 108 auszubilden, der in die Kolonne 16 eingespeist wird.
- In der unter höherem Druck arbeitenden Kolonne 16 wird die Einsatzluft mittels Tieftemperaturrektifikation in stickstoffangereicherten Dampf und sauerstoffangereicherte Flüssigkeit zerlegt. Stickstoffangereicherter Dampf wird von dem oberen Teil der Kolonne 16 als Strom 450 abgezogen und kondensiert in einem Hauptkondensor 17 gegen die siedende Sumpfflüssigkeit der Kolonne 18. Erhaltener flüssiger Stickstoff 451 wird in einen Teil 452 aufgeteilt, der in den oberen Teil der Kolonne 16 als Rücklauf eingespeist wird, und in einen Teil 455, der durch den Wärmetauscher 20 und in den oberen Teil der Kolonne 18 als Rücklauf geleitet wird. Falls erwünscht, kann ein Teil 454 des flüssigen Stickstoffs als Produkt gewonnen werden.
- Sauerstoffangereicherte Flüssigkeit wird von dem unteren Teil der Kolonne 16 als Strom 300 abgezogen und als Strom 301 durch den Wärmetauscher 21 und in die unter niedrigerem Druck arbeitende Kolonne 18 geführt.
- In der unter niedrigerem Druck arbeitenden Kolonne 18 werden die verschiedenen Einsätze mittels Tieftemperaturrektifikation in gasförmigen Stickstoff und flüssigen Sauerstoff getrennt. Gasförmiger Stickstoff wird von dem oberen Teil der Kolonne 18 als Strom 400 abgezogen, mittels Durchleiten durch die Wärmetauscher 20, 21 und 13 erwärmt, und von dem System als Strom 402 abgezogen, der als Ganzes oder teilweise als gasförmiger Produktstickstoff gewonnen werden kann.
- Flüssiger Sauerstoff wird von dem unteren Teil der unter niedrigerem Druck arbeitenden Kolonne 18 als Strom 200 abgezogen. Falls erwünscht, kann ein Teil des flüssigen Sauerstoffs als Produkt in einem Strom 201 gewonnen werden. Ein erhaltener flüssiger Sauerstoffstrom 202 wird durch eine Flüssigkeitspumpe 19 geleitet, wo er sein Druck auf einen Wert in dem Bereich von 1,38 bis 68,9 bar (20 bis 1000 psia) erhöht wird. Sich ergebender, unter erhöhtem Druck stehender flüssiger Sauerstoff 203 wird mittels Durchleiten durch den Produktaufkocher oder Hauptwärmetauscher 13 durch indirekten Wärmeaustausch mit dem kühlenden, unter Druck stehenden Arbeitsfluid verdampft. Der erhaltene, unter erhöhtem Druck stehende gasförmige Sauerstoff wird als Produktstrom 204 gewonnen.
- Fig. 2 illustriert eine Ausführungsform der Erfindung, die besonders attraktiv sein kann, wenn große Mengen an flüssigem Sauerstoff und/oder flüssigem Stickstoffprodukt zusätzlich zu dem unter erhöhtem Druck stehendem gasförmigem Sauerstoffprodukt erwünscht sind. Die Bezugszeichen der Fig. 2 entsprechen für die allgemeinen Elemente denjenigen aus Fig. 1, und diese allgemeinen Elemente werden nicht erneut ausführlich beschrieben werden.
- Mit Bezugnahme auf Fig. 2 wird ein Einsatzluftstrom 112 in einen Strom 115 und einen Strom 113 aufgeteilt. Der Strom 115 wird mittels Durchleiten durch den Wärmetauscher 32 durch indirekten Wärmeaustausch mit gasförmigem Stickstoff 400 gekühlt, und ein sich ergebender gekühlter Einsatzluftstrom 116 wird in die unter höherem Druck arbeitende Kolonne 16 eingespeist. Der Strom 113 wird zur Erzeugung von Kälte durch den Turboexpander 30 turboexpandiert, und ein erhaltener Strom 114 wird in die unter höherem Druck arbeitende Kolonne 16 eingespeist.
- Ein Teil 24 des Stroms 105 wird von einem Zwischenabschnitt des Wärmetauschers 13 abgezogen und zur Erzeugung von Kälte durch einen Turboexpander 25 turboexpandiert. Ein erhaltener Strom 26 wird erneut in den Wärmetauscher 13 geführt, von wo als Strom 27 abgezogen und in die unter höherem Druck arbeitende Kolonne 16 eingespeist wird. In der in Fig. 2 illustrierten Ausführungsform wird der Strom 27 mit dem Strom 114 kombiniert, und der kombinierte Strom 117 wird in die Kolonne 16 eingeleitet.
- Der restliche Teil 28 des Stroms 105 bildet das unter Druck stehende Arbeitsfluid und wird in dem Wärmetauscher 13 und einem Wärmetauscher 31 durch indirekten Wärmeaustausch mit unter Druck stehendem flüssigem Sauerstoff 203 gekühlt, der einer Verdampfung in entweder einem der Wärmetauscher 31 und 13 oder in beiden unterzogen wird. Ein gekühltes unter Druck stehendes Arbeitsfluid 106 wird durch den Turboexpander 14 turboexpandiert, um ein Zweiphasen-Arbeitsfluid 107 auszubilden, das in die unter höherem Druck arbeitende Kolonne 16 eingespeist wird.
- Fig. 3 vergleicht graphisch die Leistungswirksamkeit der Erfindung mit derjenigen eines ähnlichen Systems, das jedoch eine konventionelle Joule-Thompson-Ventilexpansion von unter Druck stehendem Arbeitsfluid verwendet. Die verwendeten Daten zur Erzeugung der Kurven aus Fig. 3 wurden durch eine Computersimulation eines Systems erhalten, das ähnlich zu dem in Fig. 1 illustrierten System ausfällt. In Fig. 3 ist die Kurve A die normalisierte Leistungsverwendung für die gasförmige Sauerstoffherstellung bei Verwendung der konventionellen Ventilexpansion, und die Kurve B ist die normalisierte Leistungsverwendung für die gasförmige Sauerstoffherstellung bei Verwendung der Zweiphasen-Turboexpansion der Erfindung. Wie aus den in Fig. 3 angegebenen Daten ersichtlich, ermöglicht die Erfindung das Erreichen eines signifikanten Leistungsvorteils gegenüber der konventionellen Praxis. Darüber hinaus nimmt dieser Leistungsvorteil mit steigendem Produktdruck zu.
- Obwohl die Erfindung mit Bezug auf bestimmte Ausführungsformen ausführlich beschrieben worden ist, verstehen sich für den Fachmann weitere Ausführungsformen der Erfindung. Zum Beispiel kann die Tieftemperatur-Rektifikationsanlage weitere Kolonnen wie z.B. eine Argonseitenarmkolonne beinhalten. Weiterhin muss das Arbeitsfluid nicht ein Teil der Einsatzluft sein. Es könnte z.B. ein von der Tieftemperatur-Rektifikationsanlage entnommener Verfahrensstrom sein, der nach der Zweiphasen-Turboexpansion zu der Anlage zurückgeführt wird.
Claims (6)
- Verfahren zum Erzeugen von unter erhöhtem Druck stehendem gasförmigem Sauerstoff, wobei im Zuge des Verfahrens:(A) Einsatzluft (100) in eine Tieftemperatur-Rektifikationsanlage eingespeist wird und die Einsatzluft innerhalb der Tieftemperatur-Rektifikationsanlage zerlegt wird, um flüssigen Sauerstoff (202) zu erzeugen;(B) flüssiger Sauerstoff von der Tieftemperatur-Rektifikationsanlage abgezogen wird und der Druck des abgezogenen flüssigen Sauerstoffs erhöht wird, um unter erhöhtem Druck stehenden flüssigen Sauerstoff (203) zu erzeugen;(C) ein Arbeitsfluid (100, 104) verdichtet wird, um unter Druck stehendes Arbeitsfluid (105) zu erzeugen, und das unter Druck stehende Arbeitsfluid in indirektem Wärmeaustausch mit unter erhöhtem Druck stehendem flüssigem Sauerstoff weitergeleitet wird, wodurch der unter erhöhtem Druck stehende flüssige Sauerstoff verdampft wird, um unter erhöhtem Druck stehenden gasförmigen Sauerstoff (204) und gekühltes unter Druck stehendes Arbeitsfluid (106) zu erzeugen;(D) das gekühlte unter Druck stehende Arbeitsfluid turboexpandiert wird; und(E) das Arbeitsfluid in die Tieftemperatur-Rektifikationsanlage eingeleitet wird;dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassdas in Schritt (D) erhaltene Arbeitsfluid ein Zweiphasen-Arbeitsfluid (107) mit sowohl einer flüssigen Phase als auch einer gasförmigen Phase ist.
- 2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, wobei es sich bei dem Arbeitsfluid (104) um einen Teil der Einsatzluft (100) handelt.
- 3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, wobei die gasförmige Phase 10 bis 75 Molprozent des Zweiphasen- Arbeitsfluids (107) ausmacht.
- 4. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Tieftemperatur-Rektifikationsanlage eine unter höherem Druck arbeitende Kolonne (16) und eine unter niedrigerem Druck arbeitende Kolonne (18) aufweist und das Zweiphasen-Arbeitsfluid (107) in die bei höherem Druck arbeitende Kolonne eingeleitet wird.
- 5. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, wobei ein Teil des flüssigen Sauerstoffs (201) als Produkt gewonnen wird.
- 6. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, wobei ferner flüssiger Stickstoff (451) in der Tieftemperatur-Rektifikationsanlage erzeugt wird und ein Teil des flüssigen Stickstoffs als Produkt (454) gewonnen wird.
