Durch diese Maßnahme werden die Kriechwegwiderstände vergrößert, so daß die Gefahr von Überschlägen auch dann noch gering ist, wenn der elastische Werkstoff bereits eine beträchtliche Isolationsverschlechterüng erlitten hat.
