Description
- Technisches Gebit
- Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft das Gebiet der Verhinderung der Hautalterung. Insbesondere betrifft die Erfindung die Verwendung kosmetischer Zusammensetzungen, ausgeschlossen Verfahren zur chirurgischen oder therapeutischen Behandlung des menschlichen oder tierischen Körpers und Diagnoseverfahren, zum Beseitigen und Verhindern von Falten und/oder der Atrophie in der Haut von Säugern.
- Hintergrund der Erfindung
- Die Haut unterliegt dem schädlichen Einfluss vieler extrinsischer (umweltbedingter) Faktoren, wie auch intrinsischer (zeitbedingte Alterungs-) Faktoren. Ein verbreiteter extrinsischer Faktor ist das Ausgesetztsein ultravioletter Strahlung. Egal ob extrinsisch oder intrinsisch, führt der schädliche Einfluss zur Faltenbildung der Haut. Für viele Menschen sind Hautfalten eine Erinnerung an die Vergänglichkeit der Jugend. Als ein Ergebnis daraus wurde die Eliminierung von Falten zu einem florierenden Geschäft in jugendbewußten Gesellschaften. Behandlungen reichen von kosmetischen Cremes und Feuchthaltemitteln bis zu zahlreichen Formen der kosmetischen Chirurgie.
- Die zeitbedingte Alterung führt zu einer Verdünnung und einem allgemeinen Abbau der Haut. Wenn die Haut natürlich altert, führt das zu einer Verminderung der Zellen und der Blutgefäße, die die Haut versorgen. Weiterhin tritt eine Abflachung der dermalen-epidermalen Verbindung auf, was zu einer schwächeren mechanischen Widerstandskraft dieser Verbindung führt. Als Konsequenz daraus sind ältere Personen empfindlicher gegenüber der Bildung von Blasen in Fällen eines mechanischen Traumas oder von Krankheitsprozessen. (vgl. Oikarinen, (1990) "The Aging of Skin: Chronoaging Versus Photoaging", Photodermatal. Photoimmunol. Photomed., Band 7, Seiten 3–4).
- Zur Behandlung von Akne ist die Verwendung von Salicylsäure bekannt, vergleiche z. B. die US Patente 4,891,227 und 4,891,228, an Thaman et al., beide erteilt am 2. Januar 1990. Weiterhin wurde Salicylsäure für die Entfernung von Warzen, Hühneraugen und Schwielen verwendet; zur Behandlung von Psoriasis, seborrhäischer Dermatitis und Schuppenbildung; und zur topischen Behandlung einer Ringwurminfektion. Eine Auflistung kommerziell erhältlicher Produkte, die Salicylsäure enthalten, kann in dem Physician's Desk Reference, 45. Ausgabe, 1991, Seite 323, gefunden werden. Jedoch haben diese im Stand der Technik bekannten Verwendungen von Salicylsäure im allgemeinen nur kurzzeitige Behandlungen beinhaltet, in welchen relativ große Dosen der Säure appliziert wurden (das heißt ausreichend, um eine bedeutende Reizung und oftmals sogar ein Abschälen auszulösen), um eine Heilung oder Behandlung des speziellen Zustandes zu erzielen, wie beispielsweise die Entfernung von Comedonen/Mitessern, im Gegensatz zur beständigen Behandlung der normalen alternden Haut.
- Ziel der vorliegenden Erfindung
- Es ist Ziel der vorliegenden Erfindung, die Verwendung einer kosmetischen Zusammensetzung, umfassend eine sichere und wirksame Menge Salicylsäure und eine sichere und wirksame Menge eines Sonnenschutzmittels, zum Regulieren von Falten und/oder Atrophie in der Haut von Säugern, ausgeschlossen Verfahren zur chirurgischen oder therapeutischen Behandlung des menschlichen oder tierischen Körpers sowie Diagnostizierverfahren, vorzusehen.
- Alle hierin verwendeten Prozentsätze und Verhältnisse sind nach Gewicht und alle Messungen bei 25°C durchgeführt, es sei denn anderweitig angegeben.
- Detaillierte Beschreibung der Erfindung
- Wie hierin verwendet, bedeutet "Alkyl" eine unsubstituierte Kohlenstoff enthaltende Kette, die geradkettig, verzweigtkettig oder cyclisch sein kann, vorzugsweise geradkettig oder verzweigtkettig, noch bevorzugter geradkettig: gesättigt, einfach ungesättigt (das heißt eine Doppel- oder Dreifachbindung in der Kette), oder mehrfach ungesättigt (das heißt zwei oder mehrere Doppelbindungen in der Kette; zwei oder mehrere Dreifachbindungen in der Kette; eine oder mehrere Doppelund eine oder mehrere Dreifachbindungen in der Kette), vorzugsweise gesättigt.
- Wie hierin verwendet, bedeutet "topische Applikation" das direkte Auflegen oder Ausbreiten auf die äußere Haut.
- Wie hierin verwendet bedeutet "pharmazeutisch annehmbar", dass die Drogen, Medikamente oder inerten Bestandteile, welche der Begriff beschreibt, geeignet sind zur Verwendung in Kontakt mit den Geweben von Menschen und niederen Tieren, ohne ungewünschte Toxizität, Inkompatibilität, Instabilität, Reizung, allergische Reaktion und ähnlichem, dementsprechend mit einem vernünftigen Nutzen/Risiko-Verhältnis.
- Wie hierin verwendet, bedeutet "Regulierung von Falten" die Verhinderung, Verzögerung, das Anhalten oder Umkehren des Prozesses der Faltenbildung der Säugerhaut.
- Wie hierin verwendet bedeutet "Hautatrophie" die Ausdünnung und/oder allgemeine Erosion der Dermis, oftmals gekennzeichnet durch eine Verminderung des Kollagens und/oder Elastins sowie durch eine verminderte Anzahl, Größe und Verdopplungspotential der Fibroblastzellen. Die Hautatrophie ist ein natürliches Resultat der Alterung. Hautatrophie ist oftmals ein unerwünschter Nebeneffekt, der sich durch die Behandlung mit Corticosteroiden ergibt.
- Wie hierin verwendet, bedeutet "Regulieren der Hautatrophie" die Verhinderung, Verzögerung, das Anhalten oder Umkehren des Prozesses der Atrophie in der Säugerhaut.
- Wie hierin verwendet, bedeutet "eine sichere und wirksame Menge" eine Menge an Verbindung oder Zusammensetzung, ausreichend, um eine deutlich positive Änderung des zu behandelnden Zustandes auszulösen, jedoch gering genug, so dass ernsthafte Nebenwirkungen (bei einem vernünftigen Nutzen/Risiko-Verhältnis) verhindert werden, innerhalb des Umfangs einer fundierten medizinischen Beurteilung. Die sichere und wirksame Menge der Verbindung oder Zusammensetzung wird mit dem besonderen zu behandelnden Zustand, dem Alter und dem physischen Zustand des zu behandelnden Patienten, dem Schweregrad des Zustandes, der Dauer der Behandlung, der Art der gleichzeitigen Therapie, der speziellen angewendeten Verbindung oder Zusammensetzung, dem speziellen verwendeten pharmazeutisch annehmbaren Träger und ähnlichen Faktoren, innerhalb des Wissens und der Expertise des behandelnden Arztes, variieren.
- Wie hierin verwendet, bedeutet "chronische Behandlung" die kontinuierliche Behandlung mit einem Wirkmittel über einen längeren Zeitraum hinweg während des Lebens eines Subjektes, vorzugsweise für mindestens etwa drei Wochen, noch bevorzugter für etwa drei Monate bis etwa zwanzig Jahre, noch bevorzugter für etwa sechs Monate bis etwa zehn Jahre, am meisten bevorzugt für etwa ein Jahr bis etwa 5 Jahre.
- Wie hierin verwendet, sind alle Prozentsätze nach Gewicht, es sei denn anderweitig angegeben.
- Aktive Verbindung
- Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft die Verwendung einer kosmetischen Zusammensetzung, umfassend eine sichere und wirksame Menge Salicylsäure und eine sichere und wirksame Menge eines Sonnenschutzmittels, zum Regulieren von Falten und/oder Atrophie in der Haut von Säugern, ausgeschlossen Verfahren zur chirurgischen oder therapeutischen Behandlung des menschlichen oder tierischen Körpers, sowie Diagnostizierverfahren. Am meisten bevorzugt ist Salicylsäure in einer hydro-alkoholischen Lösung.
- Salicylsäure ist ein wohlbekannter aktiver Bestandteil und ist im US-Patent 4,514,385 von Damani et al., übertragen auf Alcon Laboratories, erteilt 30. April 1985, allgemein beschrieben.
- Die EP-A-0 387 936 offenbart die Verwendung einer kosmetischen Zusammensetzung, umfassend ein Salicylsäurederivat, gegen die Alterung der Haut.
- Die US-A-4 608 370 offenbart ein Verfahren zur Behandlung des Gesichts, um eine jugendliche und gesunde Hautfarbe zu verleihen, welches die Auftragung einer Zusammensetzung auf das Gesicht, umfassend Salicylsäure, Resorcinol, Milchsäure und Ethylalkohol, umfasst.
- Der bevorzugte topische Träger umfasst eine hydro-alkoholische Lösung bei einem pH von 2 bis 4 der Salicylsäure, als wirksamer Antiaknebestandteil, zusammen mit einer spezifischen anionischen Tensidkomponente. Noch bevorzugter ist solch ein Wirkstoff eine stabile hydro-alkoholische Zusammensetzung mit einem pH-Wert von 2 bis 4, enthaltend etwa 0,2 bis etwa 5,0 Gew.-% Salicylsäure und etwa 0,2 bis etwa 5,0 Gew.-% Natriummethylcocoyltaurat und/oder Natriummethyloleoyltaurat, als aasionischen Tensidbestandteil. Im allgemeinen wird eine ausreichende Menge eines kosmetisch annehmbaren alkalischen Bestandteiles (das heißt alkalisierendes Mittel) zugegeben, um die Zusammensetzung mit einem pH von etwa 2,0 bis etwa 4 vorzusehen und aufrecht zu erhalten.
- Als alkoholischen Bestandteil des hydro-alkoholischen Lösungsmittels, werden etwa 10 bis etwa 60 Gew.-% Ethylalkohol, gemessen als C2H5OH-Gesamtgehalt, bevorzugt, obwohl eine ähliche Menge Isopropylalkohol (C3H7OH) auch vorteilhaft angewendet werden kann. Etwa 30 bis etwa 80 Gew.-% Wasser werden weiterhin als wässriger Bestandteil des hydro-alkoholischen Lösungsmittels benötigt.
- Der anionische Tensidbestandteil dieser wirksamen Zusammensetzung, das heißt der Taurat-Tensidbestandteil ist spezifisch auf Natriummethylcocoyltaurat und Natriummethyloleoyltaurat gerichtet, wobei beide leicht erhältlich sind von diversen kommerziellen Händlern, wie vermerkt in The Cosmetic, Toiletry and Fragrance Association (CTFA) Cosmetic Ingredient Dictionary, 3. Ausgabe, 1982, Seiten 286–287.
- Obwohl es bevorzugt ist, das Taurat-Tensid als einziges Tensid in den wirksamen Zusammensetzungen zu verwenden, können andere Tenside miteingeschlossen werden, wobei der nichtionische Typ gegenüber dem anionischen Typ bevorzugt ist, im Hinblick auf die relative nicht-irritierende Eigenschaft gegenüber der Haut des ersteren. Tenside vom kationischen Typ, welche am meisten die Haut irritieren, sind aufgrund ihrer deutlichen Anfälligkeit gegenüber Hydrolyse bei gering saurem pH der betreffenden Zusammensetzungen weniger bevorzugt.
- Der pH-Wert des bevorzugten wirksamen Bestandteils, etwa 2 bis etwa 3,5, kann erreicht werden durch Verwendung eines geeigneten kosmetisch annehmbaren primären oder dualen Puffersystems. In den meisten Fällen liegt der resultierende pH der hydro-alkoholischen Lösung von Salicylsäure leicht unterhalb oder am unteren Ende des angegebenen Bereichs, und alles was notwendig ist, um den pH-Wert einzustellen auf einen gewünschten höheren Wert innerhalb des angegebenen Bereichs, ist ein alkalisches Additiv zuzugegeben, wie es beispielsweise häufig in kosmetischen Formulierungen für solche Zwecke verwendet wird. Obwohl Natriumcarbonat bevorzugt ist, beinhalten andere geeignete Alkalisierungsmittel Kaliumcarbonat, Natriumhydroxid, Kaliumhydroxid und Triethanolamin. Falls es als notwendig erachtet wird, den pH-Wert zu verändern oder auf einen geringeren Wert einzustellen, kann ein geeignetes kosmetisch annehmbares Säuerungsmittel, wie beispielsweise Citronensäure, verwendet werden. Die erfindungsgemäße Zusammensetzung kann weiterhin einen pharmazeutisch annehmbaren Träger umfassen.
- Das optimale Regulieren der Hautfaltenbildung, bedingt durch das Ausgesetztsein von UV-Licht, wird durch Verwendung einer Kombination des Salicyl säurewirkstoffes der vorliegenden Erfindung, zusammen mit Sonnenschutzmitteln herbeigeführt.
- Lichtschäden sind der vorwiegende Grund der Hautfaltenbildung. Somit ist zum Zwecke der Faltenprävention die Kombination des wirksamen Bestandteils mit einem UVA- und/oder UVB-Sonnenschutzmittel überaus wünschenswert. Die Einbeziehung von Sonnenschutzmitteln in die Zusammensetzungen der vorliegenden Erfindung sieht einen unmittelbaren Schutz gegen akute UV-Schäden vor. Somit verhindert das Sonnenschutzmittel die Bildung weiterer durch UV-Strahlung bedingter Falten, währenddessen der wirksame Bestandteil existierende Falten und Hautatrophie reguliert.
- Eine große Vielfalt konventioneller Sonnenschutzmittel ist zur Verwendung in Kombination mit dem wirksamen Bestandteil geeignet. Segarin, et al., Kapitel VIII, Seiten 189 und folgende, von Cosmetics Science and Technology, offenbart zahlreiche geeignete Mittel. Spezifische geeignete Sonnenschutzmittel beinhalten, beispielsweise: p-Aminobenzoesäure, deren Salze und Derivate (Ethyl-, Isobutyl-, Glycerinester-; p-Dimethylaminobenzoesäure); Anthranilate (das heißt o-Aminobenzoate; Methyl-, Menthyl-, Phenyl-, Benryl-, Phenylethyl-, Linalyl-, Terpinylund Cyclohexenylester); Salicylate (Amyl-, Phenyl-, Benryl-, Menthyl-, Glycerylund Dipropylenglykolester); Zimtsäurederivate (Methyl- und Benrylester-, α-Phenylzimtnitril (Hutylcinnamoylpyruvat); Dihydroxyzimtsäurederivate (Umbelliferon, Methylumbelliferon, Methylaceto-Umbelliferon); Trihydroxyzimtsäurederivate (Esculetin, Methylesculetin, Daphnetin und die Glucoside Esculin und Daphnin); Kohlenwasserstoffe (Diphenylbutadien, Stilben); Dibenzalaceton und Benzalacetophenon; Naphtholsulfonate (Natriumsalze von 2-Naphthol-3,6-disulfon- und 2-Naphthol-6,8-disulfonsäuren); Dihydroxynaphthoesäure und deren Salze; o- und p-Hydroxybiphenyldisulfonate; Cumarinderivate (7-Hydroxy-, 7-Methyl-, 3-Phenyl-); Diazole (2-Acetyl-3-bromindazol, Phenylbenzoxazol, Methylnaphthoxazol, vielfältige Arylbenzothiazole); Chininsalze (Bisulfat-, Sulfat-, Chlorid-, Oleat- und Tannat-); Chinolinderivate (8-Hydroxychinolinsalze, 2-Phenylchinolin); Hydroxyoder Methoxy-substituierte Benzophenone; Harnsäuren und Viloursäuren; Gerbsäure und deren Derivate (z. B. Hexaethylether-); (Butylcarbotol) (6-Propylpiperonyl)ether; Hydrochinon; Benzophenone (Oxybenzon, Sulisobenzon, Dioxybenzon, Benzoresorcinol, 2,2',4,4'-Tetrahydroxybenzophenon, 2,2'-Dihydroxy-4,4'-dimethoxybenzophenon, Octabenzon; 4-Isopropyldibenzoylmethan; Butylmethoxydibenzoylmethan; Etocrylen; und 4-Isopropyl-di-benzoylmethan.
- Bevorzugte in den Zusammensetzungen der vorliegenden Erfindung geeignete Sonnenschutzmittel sind 2-Ethylhexyl-p-methoxycinnamat, Butylmethoxydibenzoylmethan, 2-Hydroxy-4-methoxybenzophenon, Octyl-dimethyl-p-aminobenzoesäure und Mischungen daraus.
- Eine sichere und wirksame Menge des Sonnenschutzmittels wird in den Zusammensetzungen der vorliegenden Erfindung verwendet. Das Sonnenschutzmittel muss mit dem aktiven Bestandteil kompatibel sein. Im allgemeinen umfasst die Zusammensetzung von 1 bis 20%, vorzugsweise 2 bis 10% Sonnenschutzmittel. Die exakten Mengen werden variieren, abhängig von dem ausgewählten Sonnenschutzmittel und dem gewünschten Lichtschutzfaktor (SPF).
- Weiterhin insbesondere geeignet in der vorliegenden Erfindung sind Sonnenschutzmittel, wie sie in Sabatelli, US-Patentanmeldung Nr. 054,085 (eingereicht am 2. Juni 1987) und Sabatelli et al., US-Patentanmeldung Nr. 054,046 (eingereicht am 2. Juni 1987) offenbart werden. Die darin offenbarten Sonnenschutzmittel besitzen an einem einzigen Molekül zwei distinkte chromophore Einheiten, welche unterschiedliche Ultraviolettstrahlungsabsorptionsspektren aufweisen. Eine der chromophoren Einheiten absorbiert hauptsächlich im UVB-Strahlungsbereich und die andere absorbiert stark im UVA-Strahlungsbereich.
- Weiterhin kann zu jeder der Zusammensetzungen der vorliegenden Erfindung ein Mittel zugesetzt werden, um die Hautsubstantivität dieser Zusammensetzungen zu verbessern, insbesondere um deren Widerstand gegen das Abwaschen mit Wasser oder Abreiben zu verbessern. Ein bevorzugtes Mittel, das diesen Nutzen vorsieht, ist ein Copolymer von Ethylen und Acrylsäure. Zusammensetzungen, welche dieses Copolymer umfassen, sind im US-Patent 4,663,157, Brock, erteilt 5. Mai 1987, offenbart.
- Die Zusammensetzung zur topischen Applikation wird etwa 0,01% bis etwa 50%, vorzugsweise etwa 0,1% bis etwa 20%, noch bevorzugter etwa 1 bis etwa 5% Salicylsäure umfassen. Mit "chronischer" Applikation ist hierin gemeint, dass der Zeitraum der topischen Applikation sich über die Lebenszeit des Subjektes hinwegziehen kann, vorzugsweise mindestens über einen Zeitraum von etwa drei Wochen, noch bevorzugter etwa drei Monate bis etwa zwanzig Jahre, noch bevorzugter etwa sechs Monate bis etwa zehn Jahre, noch weiter bevorzugt etwa ein Jahr bis etwa fünf Jahre, wodurch sich eine Regulierung der Falten und/oder Atrophie in der Säugerhaut ergibt.
- Die folgenden Beispiele sind nicht Teil der vorliegenden Erfindung, sind jedoch für deren Verständnis geeignet.
- Beispiel I
- Ein Bausch der vorliegenden Erfindung wird wie folgt hergestellt:
Bauschzusammensetzung Gew.-% Substrat A Non-Woven auf Cellulosebasis 100,0 Substrat B Polyester (denier = 6) 45,0 Orlon (denier = 8) 15,0 Styrol-Butadienharz 40,0 Laminat Polyethylenpulverschmelze 100,0 Wirkstoffzusammensetzung Salicylsäure 2,0 Natriummethylcocoyltaurat 3,0 C2H5OH (95% Ethanol) 35,0 Witch Hazel Destillat 5,0 Quaternium-22 1,0 Menthol 0,1 Aloe Vera Gel 0,5 Duftstoff 0,05 Wasser q.s. - Substrat A hat ein Basisgewicht von etwa 55 Gramm pro Quadratyard und ein Loft von etwa 35 mills. Substrat B hat ein Basisgewicht von etwa 65 Gramm pro Quadratyard und ein Loft von etwa 70 bis 80 mills. Die zwei Materialien werden durch Auftragen einer dünnen Schicht von Polyethylenpulver auf Substrat A und Erwärmen mit IR-Lampen zusammenlaminiert. Substrate A und B werden dann in einer Gratwalze verbunden, um die Materialien zu komprimieren und zu binden. Der resultierende Vliesstoff besitzt einen Loft von etwa 90 bis 100 mills. Das resultierende Material wird anschließend zu einer ovalen Form geschnitten (5 cm × 7 cm). Die Wirkbestandteile werden kombiniert, um eine Lösung zu bilden, und die Bauschzusammensetzung wird mit dieser Lösung gesättigt.
- Diese Zusammensetzung ist geeignet zur topischen Anwendung, um Hautfalten und/oder Hautatrophie zu regulieren. Die Verwendung einer Menge der Zusammensetzung, um etwa 2 mg/cm2 der Wirkstoffmischung auf die Haut aufzubringen, ist angebracht.
- Beispiel II
- Ein Bausch der vorliegenden Erfindung wird hergestellt durch Kombinieren der folgenden Komponenten, wie in Beispiel I:

Die Verwendung einer Menge der Zusammensetzung, um etwa 2 mg/cm2 der Wirkstoffmischung auf die Haut aufzubringen, ist angebracht.
- Beispiel III
- Eine topische Zusammensetzung wird hergestellt durch Kombinieren der folgenden Bestandteile, unter Verwendung konventioneller Mischtechniken.
Wirkstoffzusammensetzung Gew.-% Salicylsäure 1,25 Ascorbinsäure 5,00 Natriummethylcocoyltaurat 1,5 C2H5OH (95% Ethanol) 45,0 Witch Hazel Destillat 5,0 Quaternium-22 1,0 Menthol 0,05 Duftstoff 0,05 Wasser 41,15 - Diese Zusammensetzung ist geeignet zur topischen Applikation, um Hautfalten und/oder Hautatrophie zu regulieren. Die Verwendung einer Menge der Zusammensetzung, um etwa 2 mg/cm2 der Wirkstoffmischung auf die Haut aufzubringen, ist angebracht.
- Beispiel IV
- Eine topische Zusammensetzung wird hergestellt durch Kombinieren der folgenden Bestandteile, unter Verwendung konventioneller Mischtechnologie.
Bestandteil Gew.-%/Gew.-% Wasser, gereinigt 54,0 Alkohol SD 40 40.0 Polyacrylamid und C13-14-Isoparaffin und Laureth-7 4,0 Salicylsäure 2,0 - Wasser wird in einen Behälter geeigneter Größe gegeben. Während des Mischens bei mittlerer Geschwindigkeit (300 UpM) wird Polyacrylamid mit Isoparaffin und Laureth-7 dem Wasser zugegeben. Getrennt davon wird der Alkohol in einen Behälter gegeben und abgedeckt. Unter Verwendung eines Lightnin'-Mixers mit einem Dreiklingenflügelpropeller wird die Salicylsäure dem Alkohol zugegeben und bei einer geringen Geschwindigkeit (100 UpM) gerührt, bis die gesamte Salicylsäure gelöst ist. Der Alkohol wird langsam zu der Wasserphase gegeben, um ein Gel zu bilden. Das resultierende Gel wird bei mittlerer Geschwindigkeit bis zur Gleichförmigkeit vermischt.
- Diese Zusammensetzung ist geeignet für die topische Applikation, um Hautfalten und/oder Hautatrophie zu regulieren. Die Verwendung einer Menge der Zusammensetzung, um etwa 2 mg/cm2 der Wirkstoffmischung auf die Haut aufzubringen, ist angebracht.
- Beispiel V
- Eine topische Zusammensetzung wird hergestellt durch Kombinieren der folgenden Bestandteile, unter Verwendung konventioneller Mischtechniken, wie in Beispiel IV.
Bestandteil Gew.-%/Gew.-% Wasser q.s. Alkohol SD 40 40,0 Salcare SC92 3,0 Salicylsäure 2,0 Menthol 0,05 N92EDTA 0,05 Glycerin 2,00 - Diese Zusammensetzung ist geeignet zur topischen Applikation, um Hautfalten und/oder Hautatrophie zu regulieren. Die Verwendung einer Menge der Zusammensetzung, um etwa 2 mg/cm2 der Wirkstoffmischung auf die Haut aufzubringen, ist angebracht.
Claims (8)
- Verwendung einer kosmetischen Zusammensetzung, umfassend eine sichere und wirksame Menge eines Sonnenschutzmittels und eine sichere und wirksame Menge Salicylsäure, zum Regulieren von Falten und/oder Atrophie in der Haut von Säugern, ausgeschlossen Verfahren zur chirugischen oder therapeutischen Behandlung des menschlichen oder tierischen Körpers, sowie Diagnostizierverfahren.
- Verwendung nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Zusammensetzung 0,01% bis 50% Salicylsäure umfasst.
- Verwendung nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Zusammensetzung 0,1% bis 20% Salicylsäure umfasst.
- Verwendung nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Zusammensetzung 1% bis 5% Salicylsäure umfasst.
- Verwendung nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, wobei die Zusammensetzung 1% bis 20% eines Sonnenschutzmittels umfasst.
- Verwendung nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, wobei die Zusammensetzung 2% bis 10% eines Sonnenschutzmittels umfasst.
- Verwendung nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, wobei das Sonnenschutzmittel ausgewählt ist aus 2-Ethylhexyl-p-methoxycinnamat, Butyl-methoxydibenzoylmethan, 2-Hydroxy-4-methoxybenzophenon, Octyl-dimethyl-p-aminobenzoesäure und Mischungen davon.
- Verwendung nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, wobei die Zusammensetzung weiterhin einen pharmazeutisch annehmbaren Träger umfasst.
